We cannot rate "The View" high enough. The location is spectacular, and everything about the condo was as advertised. Chris and Jill were more than attentive when we had questions, and the app they provided handled everything else. From watching dolphins slide by each day from the balcony to the easy access to the beach, we will come back to this wonderful place at Madeira Beach again soon!

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this property. Outside, the views, the beach, and the balcony are fabulous. From the balcony we enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees, all types of birds, and of course, the sunsets. Inside, the apartment was clean and everything we needed was there, including lots of beach gear. Communication with the owners was excellent. They provided the most comprehensive property manual we've ever had at a vacation rental. The building itself is in a convenient area, with lots of restaurants and a CVS in walking distance. We also drove to St. Petersburg a couple of times, and it was an easy drive. Overall, we were hoping for a relaxing beach vacation and this property delivered.

We had a great stay in Madeira Beach "The View". Spent many sunsets on the balcony. Chris was great to work with and has great communication. Condo was very spacious and set up well. Beach items were available and getting to the beach was so easy. Location close to many restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay. The cleanliness, communication, and ease of check-in/check-out were truly outstanding.The condo is extremely well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, including multiple coffee options, and there were thoughtful items waiting for our arrival so you could easily roll in late and still have the basics covered. There was also plenty of beach equipment available, so no need to bring your own.We appreciated the little touches—sound machines, convenient charging stations, lots of towels, and clean hotel-style linens. The hot tub was great, and the pool was heated when we arrived (we stayed the first week of March, which can sometimes be cooler).The location is excellent with easy beach access and restaurants nearby. The blackout blinds in the second bedroom were perfect for our kids—they slept in every morning! We also loved using the Suncoast Beach Trolley to explore the area.Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We have to start with the sunsets. Being out on the deck at the end of the day was wonderful. They really set the tone for our visit. Chris & Jill were very accommodating and timely with all their communication with us. Candidly, we've rented many condos and homes. They provided more and better information regarding their condo than most others. The condo itself met all that we were looking for, from the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Parking was easy. The key fobs got us around the pool and property painlessly. Everything just worked!!

Just a "regular" view of the living room and deck. The beach and the Gulf are always there! Very nice!

Another great stay in Mad Beach! Nice condo, great views, amenities are as shown and in good working condition. Easy access to building and condo, however an extra fob for the pool/outdoor restrooms would be a great edition. This time of year is my family's typical trip between Madiera and Indian Rocks. The condo is in a great location, but you will experience more noise, as it is right where the Tom S. Causway ends. My family had no issues with this, but if you have light sleepers you may, especially when the live music starts at night. The first night, my husband and I stood outside of the front door to listen. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for that adults only trip. Thank you Chris and Jill for the opportunity to enjoy your piece of paradise!

Perfect Condo!

If you are considering whether this property is too good to be true, it is exactly what you see! The condo was clean and had all the amenities that you could ever want. The balcony has beautiful views and is very comfortable to spend extended time on. If you are worried about the location, everything you need is right there. There are wonderful restaurants, a convenience store, and a CVS or grocery store all within a very short walking distance. Johns Pass is also close! The pool was wonderful and you can’t beat being able to walk right out onto the beach with all the beach equipment that the hosts provide! The hosts communicate very well and are extremely responsive to whatever questions you might have. We loved our stay and won’t hesitate to book again!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo looks like it was decorated by a professional! It is very beautiful with a light and bright feel - very tastefully done. We loved all the great art books, the comfy furniture and the view of the sea. It was very clean and spacious. The internet worked very well. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything from glassware to crockpots, and all the equipment needed to prepare food. I did have to go buy a coffee maker as they only had a Keurig and an old rusty Mr. Coffee that was broken. Two things I wish I had known ahead - there were absolutely zero spices, condiments, oil etc. - not even salt or pepper. Since I had already stopped at grocery store on my way in, it required another trip to the store which is annoying when one is on vacation time. Second, I wish there had been a sign or something in the instructions notebook saying that there were a lot of beach chairs and beach equipment in the closet on the balcony. I sort of noticed the closet door on the balcony but thought it was storage for the owners like several other closets in the unit (a common occurrence in every VRBO I've ever rented). There was way too much patio furniture and most of it was pushed up in front of the door to the storage closet which looked like it was inaccessible. On our last day, after spending $80 on 2 beach chairs, we discovered the closet had a ton of them. Overall, we loved the condo and the beach, we enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by in the mornings and the peace and quiet.

The perfect spot

This was perfection! My friends and I were able to fly in to PIE, take a quick ride to the condo and felt so safe and secure beaching it every day! We had our groceries delivered and the condo had everything we needed. The owners have done an exceptional job outfitting the condo for guests! Grateful for the beach time away.

Perfect location, beautiful condo!

I stayed with my niece & her husband for 15 days. The views were so amazing, access to the beach was easy, condo is gorgeous. Very convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping, activities & other beaches to explore. A few little things I let owner know of that needed fixing, but nothing major at all. More supplies could have been provided, like laundry soap, dishwasher pods, bar soap, etc. Little things that would have been more convenient as we couldn't pack a lot for flights. For the price we thought more of these items to keep up a clean condo could have been provided. Over all, a very lovely place, comfy beds, great TV for watching playing off football games. I'd stay again, definitely.
