Hidden gem

Very clean well kept home. Has everything you need to enjoy the sunshine. Pool was nice just perfect for the hot days. Fenced in yard. Dog park in walking distance. Only a short distance to all beaches.

Great place to stay that is conveniently located

Clean house with extra touches. The kitchen has everything we needed. It was a very stressful time for Our family and this house let us find a place of comfort. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren.

Our stay

Place was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having the pool as well. The kitchen had great space and great to cook in. Only suggestions we have is to replace the bed in the master bedroom due to it being very loud to just move in. Also replacing some of your beach chairs as some were broken.

Clean and decent location

House was very clean upon arrival. Pool is heated and was clean (pool company came during our stay to clean as well). The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. The double bunk beds were helpful for us as we had 3 kids and one infant (pack n play was available too!). Communication is primarily through text with reminders for trash and recycling. Location is 2minutes from a grocery store and approximately 20-30min from larger attractions such as beach and aquarium. One suggestion is to have a binder or a welcome book on how to work TV, how to lock the door, and other information so texts don’t have to sent out every day to every other day.

Great experience

I want to say that our family really enjoyed this house and communication with a host. It is a pretty small house , but very comfortable and clean . I believe it is perfect for one family. Location is also very convinient, because we could go to the beach and Tampa attractions like Tampa Zoo or Croc Encounters and it took like 20-30 min either way. We recommend this house and host. Thank you very much.

Spring 2023

Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated having a Kuerig and plenty of coffee pods to make coffee in the morning. Kids swam in the pool and it was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Grocery store was very close by. Location was good for our activities. We washed swimsuits in washer and dryer. We were pleasently surprised to find so many beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella available as well. We would definitely stay again.

Good vacation

The house is in a residential neighborhood, about 20-30 minute drive from most touristy areas (beaches, downtown). The house and property are somewhat smaller than they look in the pictures, but they fit a 5-person family comfortably. The heated pool is great for kids. The owners are nice and helpful. We had some issues with the AC and they immediately found someone to come out and fix it the next day (which was on a Saturday).

Nice cozy home!

It wasn’t a bad drive to whatever we needed or wanted. We enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately it was too cool to swim in pool but we enjoyed everything else!! They do an amazing job making sure you have the necessities and even little extras. Thank you so much!!

Nice vacation house

Nice quiet neighborhood. I stayed in this house for a whole week with my family (three kids) and it was a good times. The house was clean and neat with a nice fresh smell. Close enough to the Clearwater beach. It was easy to reach out to the owners with any questions. Overall we loved staying there. Will be back for sure.

We will definitely be back!

I can't say enough great things about this property. It was exactly as described. We traveled to the area with our 4 teenagers & 70 year old mother. My mom loved the kitchen (very well stocked!), my kids loved the pool, & our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The property is in a safe area in a cul-de-sac so the traffic was minimal. The property managers were great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We traveled to Tampa Busch Gardens (approx 40 minutes) & the beach (approx 20 minutes depending on traffic). There were several grocery stores within 10 minutes. There were plenty of towels & the beds were super comfy. Beach chairs, a cooler, & floaties were available for use in the garage. So many items were provided that usually aren't at other properties we have stayed, such as coffee, toiletries including toothbrushes & toothpaste, laundry detergent, & snacks when we arrived! We enjoyed playing the games that were available & relaxing on the patio after our busy days. My kids loved the ice cream truck coming around every night as well. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

Sunny getaway

We were very impressed with how attentive our host was, always available to answer questions, checked in on us every couple of days to make sure we did not need anything. Very nice, clean home. Totally relaxing. I wish we had been within walking distance of things, but otherwise wonderful.

Two Week Winter Get-A-Way

We enjoyed our stay at the home. Everything was as it is described on VRBO. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog, though the mister would’ve preferred two bathrooms. As always, it’s good to Google the area and see if it provides what you want. We ran/walked for ourselves and walked the dog within a couple mile radius and had no issues. I would stay here again.
