Great Place For The Price

Everything about the property was as advertised. For the Location to the beach, the price compared to other properties was very affordable. I forget her name, but the property manager was extremely nice. She made sure we knew if there was anything we needed for our stay she would take care of it. The nice thing is John’s Pass and so many other local beaches are a stones throw away. I would definitely stay again. Dennis Pardon.

Had a great time!

Perfect location. A block from the beach and a couple blocks from the main drag. Close little mart nearby to grab a few groceries. You can get most things delivered right around there too. The place could use a few updates but we weren't planning on being inside too much. We just needed a place to relax after being in the sun all day! Bedding and bathroom were clean. A couple more usable beach items would be nice. One of the chairs was broken and there weren't any beach towels. I know that those aren't required, but it would have been a nice little extra. We just paid to have an umbrella and chairs down on the beach. Other than the internet not being the fastest for our 12 year old son, the place was perfect for what we needed.

Great Location, but....

Space was not clean, floors were dirty, we wore socks when we got indoors, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet,dirty pans underneath the sink, a battery left next to the bed in the bedroom, there was what appeared to be an old blood stain on a pillow. Shower head barely worked, there was a light fixture that was broken in the living room. Also both beach chairs in the closet were broken. All in all, I would say that we won't be staying in this unit again even though the location was great. We did not reach out to the property management because we didn't want anybody in our place while we were staying. Plus, we believe these are things that could have easily been taken care of before we got there.

Old pipes, rusty exterior of fridge, basic everything but clean. Loved the title floors instead of carpet, comfotable bed, AC didn't have a bad odor. Lots of towels provided. Needs some updates and replace the trash can. This gave an impression that it wasn't clean.

Changed Condo

The property manager was great to ensure we were comfortable and were happy by changing our condo. Thank God for that! The condo pictured did not show the rusted blinds that would not close in the kitchen or the busted blinds in living area. The floor and room was dirty. Bathroom/shower door were extremely hard to open/close. The deadbolt to the door was not even secured to the door just kinda of hanging there. The owner of condo needs to do some serious updates to space! Not to mention the tv is only good for web type services so prepare yourself to spend some time putting in your own passwords and removing them to watch tv unless you look at the free services that don’t offer anything modern. I do believe before our stay was over the door and blinds were repaired and cleaning crew was notified of the cleaning issues.

Very nice place and the resort was nice and clean and the pool was very well kept up.

It was very easy to rent this property it only took a few minutes and we enjoyed our stay

Location was great! Walk to St Pete Beach was right out the door and we could walk wherever we wanted. Unfortunately this place was not as clean as it should have been nor did it have any simple amenities like updated beach chairs for our use. Also directions on how to use the television remotes, the bedroom television did not work at all.
