What an GREAT stay! The house was so clean and it had EVERTHING you would need. We had a great time hanging out in the hot tub and spent the the day at the beach.

Comfortable home

Our family enjoyed staying at this house! It was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub/outdoor area. You could really trek that the owners spent time picking out the decor and the fun signs outside.They checked in numerous times to see if we needed anything and if we were comfortable.

Family Christmas vacation

We had seven adults and one child who was seven. Great property, the neighborhood was quiet and we had a great vacation. We will stay again. Close to all the places we wanted to stay.

Best House Ever!

This was the best house I have ever stayed at. Host is super responsive and no issues at all! Host's special touch to make your experience more personable was an amazing touch and so much appreciated! 100% would stay here again!

Relaxing, clean, comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Florida for Christmas. House was clean, updated, and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing since it was too chilly to go to the beach. Grocery store and restaurants were close - we even walked to Starbucks! Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at this location. It was central to everything that we needed it for. Sandra always made sure we had a fantastic time. Everything that we expected we got plus more with this house. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and cozy. Thanks again for letting us staying at this location and being a "rockstar" Sandra.

First rate experience!

The home is absolutely beautiful. All that furniture is brand new, clean and well coordinated. Every detail was thought of down to the seasonings in the cabinet, beach supplies, beautiful pool, hot tub and fire pit. The host was amazing and communication was great. Was a 15 minute drive to the beach, 25 minute drive to Tropicana with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous with everything you need

I sent my adult kids for a long weekend as a xmas gift. They loved the property. It had everything they needed. The pool and hot tub were great, warm and comfortable, the backyard was a great place to hang out and they grilled out for superbowl weekend. It was big enough for everyone to have their own comfortable and private room. A relaxing oasis. The owners were very reachable for any needs. We would certainly stay again!

Great Stay, Great Host

Sandy was a great host and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had 2 kids in our group and this rental had 2 float vests, which I'm glad we didn't have to bring. Lots of pool and beach toys, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels . Nice, quiet neighborhood. Had no issues. Would recommend!

Perfect stay!

This home is so warm and comforting, every detail is perfect. We were in town for just a few days for a wedding and this house worked out perfectly for our family. We arrived to a welcome gift, lights left on for us, Christmas music and even outside Christmas lights. The pool and hot tub were cleaned and warmed for us! Everything we could need was provided. Thank you Sandy for opening such a lovely home up for guests!

Best Ever

I’ve stayed at many properties in the past. This is by far one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The communication is stellar. The house is literally stocked with everything you could need or want. The host did a phenomenal job with the remodel. It’s the best use of space. And the backyard is such a treat. If I could give this a higher rating, I would. Great value for the money. I would stay here again and I don’t think I’ve ever said that before about a property.

Perfect place to stay!

If we could give this rental a 10 star rating we would. The house felt like home the moment we walked in. They supplied everything we needed so all we really needed to bring was clothes and groceries. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the whole family. The beds were so comfortable that we almost didn't want to get out of them. Location was perfect within 15 minutes of the beach, restaurants and shopping but not in the crowded area at all. Sandy was very responsive and helpful too. It was so clean and we definitely plan to rent this again in the future!

Away from it all close to everything!

This home is amazing and fully equipment for your stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to Publix (.9 miles), minutes (20 min)away downtown St. Pete Central Avenue, beaches, and local shops. Attention to detail... this place is beautiful. Comfortably sleeps 8 with plenty of room. Back yard has a nice pool, hot tub, lounge area, fire pit area, and lots of space for games like corn hole. I will definitely recommend this beautiful home for a weekend getaway! A great time was had by all... we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely keep this home on our favorites list ❤️ HOME SWEET HOME ... Host is easily contacted for any questions or concerns!

Absolutely Amazing

When we arrived the home was very clean. The owner kept in contact with me and asked if I needed anything else to make my experience staying their any better. I told her absolutely not! This is only a 20-30 minute drive from Clearwater Beach and St. John’s Bay. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. Felt very private with the fenced in back yard. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Seminole area. Thank you for making us feel at home.

An owner who cares

It’s very rare that the owner of a rental takes pride in providing what they advertise but this owner (Sandra) does. To keep a heated pool and hot tub in good working order takes regular maintenance, which they do. Forget 1 roll of TP, they provide all you need and other essentials like about 50 bath towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels and garbage bags. That’s really helpful on a small vacation, so you don’t have to go buy everything at Publix 2 for 1 scam prices. As for cons, The two bathrooms are a bit limiting if you have a bigger group like we had and tbh I didn’t care for the over the top decor like place settings and shaggy pillows, but otherwise it’s a super cool house. We used the pool and hot tub every day.

Perfect Stay in Florida

We stayed here for 17 nights and found it perfect. The hosts were wonderful with communications before and during our stay. Checking in and out was easy. The home was exactly as pictured and nicely yet comfortably decorated. Also very roomy. some of the time there were 8 of us there with plenty of room. The grounds were wonderful with the pool and hot tub which were serviced weekly. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very comfortable taking walks. We loved how well stocked they had the house with all items you could think of including plenty of towels. All you need to bring is a toothbrush. Also the home was spotless. On checking in I remarked you could smell how well cleaned it was and I am a clean freak. Again the hosts were soooo nice and helpful and always responded within minutes. The proof is I already booked with them for next year !

Amazing rental

Property was awesome. Spotless. Well maintained and a wonderful experience. Sandy was very quick to communicate and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 The hot tub was a hit. It was huge and the best hot tub I’ve used at with a property rental. The pool was salt water which was also a nice touch. (Just be sure to shower off before jumping in the hot tub so it won’t get ruined.) Over the weekend, we cooked multiple times at the house. They were well stocked on all basic cooking utensils and had plenty of silverware and dishes. Additionally, we grilled and had everything that we needed to cook some great burgers. Check in and check out was seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better time or rental for our trip and will certainly consider the property again if we ever need a stay in St. Pete!
