Prepare breakfast before heading to Indian Rocks Beach, pack beach day snacks, or enjoy a relaxed dinner together at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen cable television, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a flat-screen cable television. The guest bathroom offers a single sink vanity and shower and tub combination.

Hamilton House 303 includes free WiFi, flat-screen cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, a telephone with free local calls within the United States and Canada, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and check-out housekeeping service are also provided.

Hamilton House is an intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned covered parking spaces are provided underneath the building. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests near Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach and the neighboring coastal communities of Belleair Beach, Indian Shores, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

A seven-night minimum stay with Friday arrival and departure is required. Please inquire about alternative dates. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
