Everything we needed

Nothing but good things to say. This place is clean, spacious and pet friendly. We brought our old hound who felt right at home with the 6 of us (5 adults and a 14 year-old) in the house. The pool is very nice and allowed us to have fun without the stress of going out if we didn’t want to.

Nice property

We had a nice stay in Florida! The property was remodeled and met our needs for the week. We were able to walk to a grocery store, which came in handy. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t use the pool.

Pinellas Park Vacation

Needed a break from Northern Winter. this property was perfect, plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Wonderful pool! Close to the beaches. perfect getaway.

Even Better! Hidden Gem!

We did our first long term stay, about 7 weeks, and could not have picked a better property!The photos while amazing do not do it justice--the house has ample room, loved that the Main Bedroom & Bathroom was on one side of the house and the rest on the other. Hubby set up his office in one of the spare bedrooms and I set up a table in the family room for mine--it really worked out well for both of us.Very quiet, working family neighborhood. All neighbors we met were very nice. We felt very safe walking our pups and me just going for regular walks. The hosts Barry and Alisha were very responsive and addressed any thing that popped up a timely manner. Would love for them to be hosts of all properties we stay at--honestly it was refreshing. The heated pool was wonderful. We were able to relax and have fun but also do any pool workouts we wanted. Oh and it is enclosed with a screen--not shown in pics. Then access to the fenced in back yard for the dogs to run a bit, we got into a good routine of walk and play (and of course picking up the dog poop).We had family and friends visit throughout our stay and they too loved the place! All beds comfortability got a thumbs up! The house itself is very well insulated and temp control was easy to maintain to meet needs. Publix and Sam's club is literally right around the corner. The house for us was centrally located to all the other places we went in the area. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!!

A perfect summer retreat

This was a Mommas and Sons trip for 3 teenage boys. The home was perfection located to all the beaches within 25-30 mins either way. We would drive to Tampa at least once a day, not too taxing of a commute to do some shopping and sightseeing. We spent majority of our time in the pool. Love love this for the boys. We will be back with the Dads soon. Only suggestion... change out the bed frames, they have had better days

Perfect family house

The layout of the house is perfect for an extended family vacation and the pool is great for kids. There is a grocery store within walking distance, but I would recommend having a car /Uber to take full advantage of the area. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. It is clean, stocked with towels and linens, the pool is heated, and the outdoor fire pit is a nice extra touch.

Excellent property

Exceptional property. It was well provisioned and clean. Well thought out details and had everything we needed. Pool items, things for the beach. Kitchen items, games books. Nicely done. Pool was wonderfull. Location was good. 15 to the Beach. Publix almost next door. 5 to.10 minutes from most needs. 2 thumbs up. Great stay.

Great family vacation house with dogs

I gave accuracy a 4 only because I didn’t read the bathroom detail close enough before I booked. I really needed a third bathroom instead of an outside shower. I do take some responsibility on that oversight. I gave the property manager a 4 only because he never returned my texts but once I started texting the owner I got immediate replies and answers. I gave the location a 4 only based on my family complaints of a 30+ min drive to the beach but from my point of view I couldn’t fine a closer location with a fenced in back yard for the dogs. I did like the complimentary wine on arrival, it was a good mid range red that was very drinkable which I enjoyed.

Fantastic Rental

Wonderful Fun in the Sun

Staying at this property was a real joy. Everything was as advertised and met our expectations. The owners are super responsive. We had trouble with a coffee maker, and within hours had a replacement. I hope to stay with them again.

In for wedding

This house checked all the boxes for our family of 8. The layout is amazing. Had to break our showers up though as it is tough to have hot water when all want to shower in the morning. Enjoyed the pool even though we experienced part of a Florida winter. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great vacation rental!

This home is completely renovated and spotless. It is actually better than the photos and the floor plan is wonderful. The owners provide everything needed for a great stay. Games, beach towels, pool toys etc. The owners go the extra mile by providing coffee, tea, and household supplies like trash bags, cleaning supplies etc. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great. The pool is lovely and a perfect size. The neighborhood is very quiet and we honestly didn’t even hear any neighbors when we were in the back yard. The location is central to all beaches from Clearwater down to St. Pete and anything you want to do is within 15-30 minutes. Shopping is very close too. You can’t go wrong staying here !

Beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere home away from home, this is the place. Had one issue and the problem was addressed immediately. Couldn’t ask for better communication. Had a wonderful 5 day vacation and I can’t wait to return.
