A fully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath Seminole home for up to 10. The fully fenced yard holds a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and gazebo, and the EV charger is free. Indian Shores beach access is 5–8 minutes away, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach 20–25.

The open-concept living area, kitchen and dining space run together. A plush L-shaped sofa faces a 65-inch Samsung QLED smart TV, and the dining table looks out to the pool. A separate game room holds the pool table that converts to ping pong. Out back, the fully fenced yard is where most evenings end: heated pool, hot tub, shaded gazebo and fire pit.

Your smart-lock code arrives 24 hours before arrival. After booking we send a short rental agreement and ID check, which takes a few minutes. Fees are listed in "Other things to note".

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential street in Seminole, minutes from the Gulf beaches. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Hot tub: $100 fee per stay. Fire pit: we do not supply firewood, so please bring your own.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 10. Two kings, a queen with a twin bunk, and a full with a twin bunk.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing.
