Perched on a higher floor of our waterfront hotel, this one-bedroom suite offers a bright, private retreat with a welcoming sense of space and comfort. Designed for up to six guests, the bedroom features two plush queen beds, while the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed-ideal for families or small groups. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower complements the open living space, perfect for relaxing. A dining table for six provides an inviting setting for meals, conversation, or planning your Clearwater adventures. Enjoy the ease of resort-style living with the privacy of a fully equipped residence. The kitchen includes dishware, glassware, utensils, cookware, baking essentials, full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Each suite is stocked with premium linens and bath essentials, plus conveniences such as a stackable washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron (available upon request).Guests enjoy access to exceptional bayfront amenities, including a resort-style pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and a full-service bar and restaurant overlooking the water, along with 24-hour concierge service and full hotel access.A resort fee of $40/night (+tax) is included and covers amenities, pool and beach towels, fitness center, concierge services, and in-suite essentials such as paper goods and K-cup refills.On-site parking is available for one vehicle per suite at $40/night (+tax). Additional parking may be available upon request for $40/night (+tax). A $300 incidental hold is required at check-in and will be released upon departure.We are pet-friendly, with a fee of $85/night (+tax) for up to two pets (30 lbs combined). If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival, by 4:00 pm or earlier, they will receive a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.
