We had a lovely week in 313! The weather was a wild ride however the accommodations were exactly what we had hoped for. Quaint, cozy and everything that we needed. Bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Overall a great stay with a couple of hiccups. Property manager very quick to answer and resolved the problem. The views are amazing!!The only thing missing that would make it a better stay is a tv in the bedroom. Even a small one on the wall could work! Make this happen and I’ll be back :)

Nice Location/View

Comfortable, clean, great view of the ocean from our third floor window! I did find it rather pricey after all the taxes and fees were added (not disclosed well either). On our first night, the door would not re-lock after we returned from an evening meal. A call to the office had the issue resolved swiftly and courteously all the way around. The TV remote was awful despite changing batteries. I had to press the remote buttons multiple times to change channels, adjust volume, skip commercials (on YouTube) despite changing batteries. Fortunately, we weren’t there to watch TV so I never asked for assistance to get it working properly, though based on

Well decorated unit with nice Gulf view

We spent 3 nights at this unit to celebrate my wife's birthday. We enjoyed the unit, the bed was comfy and everything you needed was included. It was a bit too cool to spend a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean but the view was great from the inside as well. We would stay there again ...

We had a fantastic time. It was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view for stunning sunsets- if you prefer the beach or balcony. Falsely advertised, not immaculate!

The positive is the close proximity to the beach. However, the way it is listed is deceptive. The sundeck is on the other side of a sand dune, so you cannot see the ocean. To get to the beach, you must walk over the top of a steep sand dune. We watched several people fall while trying to carry a chair, kids, or other items to the beach. At high tide, there is virtually no beach. There is also a lot of seaweed that washes up in this area. Luckily there were much nicer beaches close by. The pool is the smallest I have seen. The condo is decorated with nice colors, but the only positive. The hot water heater does not last beyond 1.5 showers. The second person never gets through with hot water. The condo is not immaculate as stated. The rug in the main area is filthy. The caulk around the base of the toilet is stained yellow and the baseboard tops are nasty. The flooring is coming up and has blue duct tape on it. (Reading reviews, it has been like this since at least 2/24.) There are curtains which are supposed to cover the patio doors, but they are too small and will not block sunlight. The bedroom is right next to the laundry room so you will hear people doing laundry at all hours as they slam the dryer door. Traffic noise starts by 8 am. The walls are paper thin so sadly that is not all that you hear. We had to listen to people partying at all hours and no true quiet time. Wanted to leave early but would only get a partial credit, so we stayed.

Small but cozy, clean & well located condo on the 3rd floor overlooking the immaculate Gulf beach. A nice little balcony with 2 chairs is perfect for morning cup of coffee or a sunset glass of wine.

Bellaire Beach Club 313

Very beautiful area, close to a lot of great things to do. Quiet, clean, not so crowded as other beaches, a lot different bird varieties. Nice helpfull cleaning and maintenance staff.

Perfect space for what we were looking for!

We just wanted a nice clean room with an ocean front view! That is exactly what we got. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was awesome and not way busy. If I had to suggest any improvement- I would suggest a bigger water heater. We both could not shower back to back. I would absolutely recommend Ybor property and these renters!
