Definitel wear and tear on this place, but we had a great time. This was a good place to stay. Lower level shower isn't draining and master pocket door for bathroom was totally broken. Never could figure out remotes, even reading instruction book. Options didn't match screen. But a lovely experience, great pool. Convenient location. Plenty of room.

Stunning views, missing essentials

Gorgeous backyard? Absolutely. It was the highlight of the stay—spacious, well-kept, and perfect for lounging or hanging out. Unfortunately, the same attention clearly wasn’t given to the rest of the experience. For the price we paid, we expected at least the basics to be covered. Instead, we arrived to find a nearly empty supply of toilet paper, no toiletries, and a grill that looked promising but didn’t actually work. It’s frustrating when a high-end rental skimps on essentials. We weren’t expecting luxury spa amenities, but a working grill and some TP didn’t feel like too much to ask. Bottom line: the backyard says five stars, but the rest of the place feels like someone stopped trying halfway through. Great potential, but right now it’s all patio.

Girls trip

A girls trip to the beach. We had a great time. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor space was so private. The kitchen was great and the house was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers had great hot water and pressure. We walked to the beach every day. The communication with the property owner/company was great. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

Nice place but some issues

The house was generally "as advertised." Very nice heated pool and 10-minute drive to beach. There were woefully inadequate supplies (mini shampoo bottle in each bathroom and we were there 6 days!) same with soap, dishwasher and laundry pods...very skimpy. Minimal kitchen supplies for cooking, very few dish towels, a dirty oven mittt. Dishwasher rack broken and they didn't come fix it during stay. Toilet in master bath rocked. Very sterile decor, hardly any pics on wall (many small holes, gashes, dirt marks). No pillows/throw blankets on sofa. Not very "homey" or well maintained (several doors "stuck"). The management company responded to our calls but didn't seem apologetic about lack of supplies...no excuse for not having basic things like enough shampoo, soap, cleaning supplies. We've stayed in many VRBO properties that were much more "inviting" well maintained and adequately stocked.

Yearly Family Vacation

This is a perfect house for big families or groups. Lots of space to spread out. The pool and yard are beautiful. The water in the pool is a little on the hot side but there is a ton of pool toys. Not far from beaches, shopping and restaurants. Neighbors are all very kind. Garage for storing all your beach items and bikes. Our family enjoyed the entire property!

Great house for groups

Girls trip!

We took a girls trip and the house was perfect! It was clean, had plenty of room and the pool was amazing! The host was very easy to reach and responsive. The only issue is we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper multiple times and there wasn’t extras in the house, you had to contact the host to get them.

Shortage of supplies

The house was ill-equipped with basic supplies, lacking dishwashing soap and insufficient laundry detergent, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent. For the price of this rental, you should not have to go to the store for all of these basic needs. The rental office says they provide it but the office was not responsive quickly enough.

Lovely house

The house is lovely, and the location is great - 20km from Tampa airport, and central to Treasury Island, Clearwater and St Pete's. We stayed here for our wedding and we had family staying with us, the bedrooms were perfect for all of us - the master bedroom was incredible. The house was well stocked, however, I would just like to mention a few points - there didn't appear to be enough outside chairs around the table so we sat at the bar (which is lovely). I would say that there were a lot of mosquitoes and a net would be helpful as most of our party got bitten to pieces (we did have spray as well). The contact to bring supplies was brilliant, we didn't spot in the welcome pack that we only had to message and he would bring everything round so we actually went to the shop and purchased washing up liquid, wash powder and cleaning products! That was our fault entirely - just a note to others staying there, when you arrive message the host and within minutes supplies will be brought round. The lights round the pool are quite lose and delicate, I think they need mending. The side garage is well stocked with pool toys, etc which was great for our children. Overall the property is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again if we go back to Florida. Miss it already.

Chill get away

This was a great space to come together (and spread out) as a family. Lots of places to hang out - well supplied with games. Extra fridge/freezer in the garage. Wide open kitchen. Tucked away - but close to lots of things.

Spring Break Vacation

Our Family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children) planned our spring break here to get away from the main tourist locations. It was a very comfortable house with plenty of space for everyone and a beautiful pool.

Family fun

It was wonderful to have our (adult) kids under one roof (as opposed to all of us getting one bedroom condos on the beach). The beach was close enough, although we opted to stay in the beautiful and private backyard most of the time. Just as much sun there and it had all of the amenities!
