The property was located in a quiet part of Ballard Beach with very few people seen on the beach during our stay. The area was quiet and views were stunning. Anything you would need was within a 10-15 min drive. The property was older but had plenty of creature comforts. The pool was heated to about 88 degrees and felt amazing when air temps were in the upper 60’s to lower 70’s. There was plenty of seating on the two balconies and around the pool. There were other people at the pool only once during our 7 day stay.

Excellent Condo, superb location, clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, Kids loved the pool. On a quiet stretch of beach - loved sitting on the two verandahs watching the dolphins, ospreys and pelicans, We even saw several manatees cruising in the shallows. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent Location

This property was in an excellent quiet neighborhood right on the beach. We loved all the amenities and the fact we could walk right down from our balcony thru the pool area to the beach. The place was fully stocked and was well suited for two families like ours. We loved our stay here and hope to stay in this unit in the future!

Great Quiet Beach location

We loved this condo. It was very well equipped in the kitchen and baths. Fantastic quiet location. Practically had a private beach and pool. Staircase down to the pool are and beach was such a nice advantage. Allison, our rental host was fantastic and VERY responsive! We would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again!

Large, lovely place with expansive views of the water from living room and kitchen. We had all that we needed and the furniture was comfortable. Beach is very private and Clearwater/ Indian Rocks Beach areas are just a few minutes away. We hope to return again soon!

Perfect beach location

From the moment we walked in, the view of the beach and the water had us relaxing. The main floor (including the kitchen) and the master bedroom have the wall of windows looking onto the coastline. We had breezes all day and night and the most gorgeous stretch of beach. The warm weather, long walks and gorgeous sunsets were just what we needed to make it through to spring. So grateful we found Belleair Beach and can't wait to return.

Ideal restful oasis

We had y wonderful week at the beach enjoying playing in the sand, bouncing in the waves, collecting shells, and swimming in the pool! I loved how well supplied the kitchen is...crock pot and garlic press are extra helpful and we enjoyed cooking in too. This condo is VERY nice and we hope to come again for another visit!!

Perfection

My family had the best time. The location is perfect right on the beach. The property is everything you could want. Spacious and stunning views of the gulf of Mexico. We watched dolphins and the most beautiful sunsets right from our balcony. We love how peaceful this beach is too. Clearwater is fun but we liked being on more private beach setting and this was perfect!!! The owner Will was very responsive and helpful with booking and was there to greet us when we arrived. Thanks for a perfect vacation <3

Perfect beachside stay

I do not give 5 stars lightly but this place definitely deserves it. Very clean, nicely decorated, and perfect beachside location. The kitchen is stocked well and everything like towels and sheets were in very good condition. (The pots/pans could be replaced). There’s also a bunch of beach supplies and plenty of towels. My family and I booked this place for a very last minute trip (like 2 days before) to visit family and the host was extremely accommodating and everything was ready. We’ll definitely return if we’re in this part of the world again.
