Thoroughly Cleaned and Sanitized between Every Guest. Plenty of Parking in Circular Driveway. Boat Launch Access a few streets away. Open Floor Plan with Updated Kitchen and Baths. Has a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Interior is Updated and Tastefully Decorated. All Utensils, Bedding, Towels and Essentials Provided. This was the perfect vacation spot for a Girls trip!! The house was super clean and the backyard pool area was so relaxing. Also very easy and quick access to the beach. The host was very easy to get ahold of and the house had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend staying here!!!

My family loved the private pool, and the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the number of great restaurants nearby. The host was easy to talk to and was quick to respond when we needed him. This was a great place to stay, and we can’t wait until we can come back again.

We enjoyed our first trip to IRB! The cottage was nice. 10/10 backyard and pool! The home is older but definitely has the beach feel. Easy 5min walk to the beach. Beach area was never crowded. Ocean was amazing! Don’t miss the sunsets over the ocean-stunning! We didn’t cook at the cottage or use utensils but looked like everything was well stocked. Also, if you would like a good dolphin tour check out Sea Screamer in Clearwater. We saw tons of dolphins up close-so cool and captains were great!

Location and parking were excellent! The photos are not 100% accurate (furniture, house color, floors, washer/dryer, no closet doors). The room with the king bed did not have an attached bathroom, the room with the queen bed did (I would have thought it would have been opposite, like a “master room”). The backyard was a great little oasis. Since it does get so hot, and the pool bakes in the sun all day, considering a little shade back there would be nice ; possible a “sun sail shade” over the pool or a gazebo for shade.

Better than the pictures! House was clean, pool and backyard area was great! Easy walk to the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. A very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach supplies - wagon, cooler, chairs, toys. The bikes were a big hit with the kids!Thank you for a great week in IRB!
