Our 2nd summer here

This was the second time we rented this unit at Waterview. Has everything we need and is steps to the beach. Indian Shores is a quiet and cool little town. Will be back again next summer!

Great Stay!

After being in Orlando for a volleyball tournament, we wanted somewhere close to the beach, but without the craziness of Clearwater Beach. This property fit the bill. Beach was super easy to get to. Just cross the street, walk down a designated path for the condo, and you are there. Pool area is super nice too, in case you are beached out. Was a bit crazy since we were there just before the Fourth of July, but very nice area and centrally located to other beach towns you may want to visit. Very nice and would definitely stay again!

Great place and location

The condo was very clean and plenty big enough for me and my 2 daughters. It had everything we needed as far as towels, kitchen supplies and even beach gear. AC worked great. Shower and bathroom worked perfect. Beds and furniture were comfortable. It was right across the street from the beach. The pool was clean!! Would recommend this unit and would come back again!

Holiday Break

Quiet clean unit. The stay was very relaxing. Elevator quit one day but they called right away and it was repaired the next morning.

Definitely recommend for a relaxing get away.

The location was exactly what we wanted. Plenty to do fairly close but minus the overcrowding of other places. Beautiful beach with super easy access right across the street. It was the perfect break right before school starts.

GOOD VACATION STAY

We had a wonderful time on the property. The pool was nice and clean. Had shade in the afternoon. The room was clean. Ocean a walk across the street. Besides the fish the trip was great.

Love Indian Shores! One of our favorite places to vacation

Overall an easy process. Some of the paperwork should be updated as instructions were not all accurate. There was no need to go to the office since I prepaid. Would be helpful if the management company knew in advance what the property had available as far as beach accessories

We loved our stay! If I could change one thing it would be that other people would play really loud Mexican music out by the pool and they took up the whole pool area. Other than that it was nice
