Do not stay st any property managed by Vacasa. The place we rented was lovely - but we had to deal with construction noise from the unit next doir, from 8-5 every day. Then all water was shut off. Two days before the end of our stay we were asked to shut off the water due to a leak in the floor below. This was after 11 p.m. We were promised maintenance would be there at 8 a.m. the next morning to reoair and restore water. We set our alarm to ensure we would be awake. No one ever showed up. Multiple texts ensued where we were lied to about the problem being worked on. Staying on the 20th floor, we were told we could use bathrooms in the fitness facility on the 2nd floor. This was the total solution to the problem. Meanwhile we had no water. Maintenance at the facility said there was nothing they could do because the property was managed by Vacasa. (This was after they got us to agree to let them tiurn off the water, promising 8 a.m. service.)
Again, Vacasa did nothing to attemot to fix the problem. The fact that they ruined the last 2 days of our vacation fell on deaf ears. In over 30 years of staying at the Gulf, I've never had such bad treatment from a property management company. Nor have I not been informed of major construction noise which would prevent quiet enjoyment of the property. I'll never stay at another property managed by Vacasa.
