  • YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! Step into this beautiful beach condo and leave all your worries behind. This unit has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. Freshly painted in fall of 2017- New furnishings, remodeled bathrooms, new therapeutic extra deep mattresses, new ac, Wi-Fi ready & modern décor – all together make this a great spot to relax in luxury. The guest room has a queen bed with an additional futon to accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children. The master has a king bed and boasts beautiful views of the water without leaving the bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and flat screen TV's abound including the 60 plasma TV in the living room.
    The fully equipped eat-in kitchen provides plenty of room for 3 or more cooks or plenty of counter space for delivery from any of the many great local eateries. Brand new full size washer and dryer make it easy to pack lightly.
    The private balcony provides a great spot to just take in the view, have a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while viewing the awe inspiring sunsets. It is a great napping spot as well!
    Take a walk on the miles on sandy white beaches or enjoy the heated pool and spa and any time.
    Looking for a little more adventure with your kids, Disney World and Universal Studios are 90 minutes away and Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island is a quick 35 minute drive.

My family usually goes to Panama City Beach but we really loved staying in this area. Mercedes was very easy to work with and very quick with her response to any question I had.

We had the best time. Everything that we needed for our beach vacation was at the condo. The beach access was incredible. Mercedes was great at communicating with me.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was amazing with plenty of room for four of us. Plenty of accommodations. Easy access to pool and beach. Check in was easy, we were given the codes with plenty of notice. Lots of things to do close by especially with their trolley system.

Beach Cottage

We were very happy with the property. The beach location and surrounding area make for a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo was very clean and nice. We spent 3 weeks there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beach Vacation!

The condo is large and comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy watching the pool or the ocean waves. It is located pretty close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was not get the entry codes or parking pass but other people staying there helped us out. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous view and great location on the beach

We’ve stayed in these condos before in a different unit and loved both of them. This one has a great view of the water as well as the pool area. It is very spacious and stocked with beach towels, sand and pool toys as well as beach chairs and even a pop up for hot, sunny days. Would definitely stay again!

Great get away

The property was great well maintained and views where fabulous of the ocean and sun set! Right on beach which is very convenient with kids. Pool and hot tub where a plus!

Great beach location

Very comfortable stay at the condo. Great location easy access to the beach. Nice courtyard with pool and hot tub. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Nice accommodations, comfortable couch and bed. Overall great experience.

Comfortable and well equipped

We enjoyed our 4week stay and will return when time allows. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Mercedes was very responsive to a couple minor issues. The location on the beach is top notch.

A week in paradise

Wonderful condo, pool and beach. The condo is everything you could ask for. Lots of room and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of Guest parking. Mercedes is wonderful! Responds to any issue. Best of all she let us do a late check out as our flight wasn't until 6 pm.

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this condo for a great beachside vacation. It was a well-equipped condo, very comfortable with plenty of seating and a balcony view of the pool and Gulf. We had plenty of time for relaxation and swimming. It was great! Mercedes is a wonderful host and very helpful with very quick response. Thank you, Mercedes!
