The host was very easy to communicate with. The property is perfectly set up for a family with children. I truly appreciate all the extras that were left for the little ones. We had a great day and will stay here again in the future.

Great getaway

Great location and reasonable price given distance from the beach. Opted to have the pool heated and glad we did. Weather was great at the beach but nice to have a warm swim at night. House was clean and very well kept. Thank you for a great stay!

Annual FL Trip

The house was as advertised. Property manager was very communicative. The weather ended up being a tad cooler than anticipated but the pool heater allowed us to still utilize the pool. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Awesome house

The house was so cozy, loved the vibe. The backyard had all things needed for the kids! Having a heated pool was awesome. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was amazing. She had a list of all things to do close to the house, also was very responsive. Definitely will be back! We loved every minute of our vaca.

Amazing house!

We had 7 adults and 2 children (2 & 5) for 4 nights! The house was super clean and had all the amenities! We loved the pool and outside activities. Never got to use the outdoor movie theater but looked super cool! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! Quick drive to Clearwater!

Wedding family get together

The property was amazing. The cleanliness was superb. Amenities were over the top. The listing was spot on. We used this property as our home base for the week. We were in town for a wedding. As luck had it , the couple getting married was only 2 doors down from this property. That worked great for us. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming into the area. This property is literally only maybe 15 minutes from airport. Thank you Stefanie for letting us rent this property for the week.

Ps this didn’t effect our overall stay and

Everything was good, truly this was a special place for our family! It was cozy and beautiful! Such a good location, the host was helpful The house was clean and espically the beds were very comfortable! I’m unsure if it was because of the cold front that was there but the only issue we had was hot water during the stay. We would take a 5 minute shower and the water would turn cold and it did this everytime we tried shower, or maybe short showers are just the way it is! ☺️ Also we are an outside family so we like to be out at night we thought it would be more lit outside ,

Will be back!

Stefanie is a super responsive host and very keen on the guests needs. In fact we did not need anything because everything was provided already. Everything was new and clean and immaculate. The house truly invites for longer stays and the area is peaceful. Access to the beaches is a plus and convenient especially for us who enjoy it. We even had beach amenities in the house ready to use. No need to purchase locally and leave behind. Check-in was seamless and we hope to be back real soon! Thank you again For thinking of every detail and making family trips easy.

Easy access to everything!

Stephanie is a great hostess. She is very quick to respond to questions or requests. The house is cute, with nice decor. The backyard has lots of options for things to do. General location is awesome with quick, easy access to many things to do. Good restaurants very nearby. Some of the beach gear could stand to be replaced but I brought this to her attention. The pool could use a little TLC but our kids enjoyed it everyday regardless. It would also be very handy to offer a beach wagon as many rentals do. Overall, it was a great vacation and we were thankful to have a fully furnished home to enjoy. Thanks!

Expected to stay during Hurricane Helene

We had booked this place with friends to enjoy a long weekend down in St. Petersburg. We live in Ohio. However, the week of the trip we heard about Hurricane Helene heading right for Florida. We were hopefully we could still do the trip but on Wednesday, Sept 25th our flights were cancelled. We were suppose to arrive Thursday but everything kept getting pushed back. With the weather updates and Emergency warnings regarding Florida and the do not travel advisory as well as evacuation notice. We had to cancel our trip because we weren’t able to ge to the house because all airports were closed and the area was flooding. I contacted Stefanie to cancel the second our flights were cancelled and emergency evacuation was alerted but she said no refund and enjoy our stay. She stated they do not refund for natural disasters but it is no where in the listing. The only place I found it was in the guidelines she sent 2 days before we were suppose to be there. At that point the refund policy is past. I would recommend finding a place that will work with you not expect you to come to the house during a hurricane.
