A Comfortable Retreat Steps from the Beach

This clean, cheerful unit is an easy 1 1/2 block walk from the public beach access and just minutes from Johns Pass. The hosts are friendly and responsive and stock everything you need to make the most of your beach time. We'll be back!

Adorable room

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice that beach items were available to use. We appreciated that other items were also supplied like coffee and some toiletries. The back area gave us a nice place to sit also. Best of all we were able to bring our dog with us.

Wonderful!

After staying in hotels all week, this little apartment was a breath of fresh air! So clean and perfectly equipped for my little family. We were extremely comfortable, able to cook meals, and enjoy the occasional take out from vendors close by. The beach was a comfortable walk away and everything was so convenient. Kathy was super communicative and took care of all our needs! Absolutely wonderful!

Great place to stay!

Convenient to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. We liked that we had use of all their beach equipment- bikes, coolers, water toys, chairs, and umbrellas! This made it so easy to pack up and go. We will be back next year.

Amazing stay

This place was perfect for our week long beach vacation! Kathy and Eddie provided everything we needed and more. It was so nice being just a quick walk across the street from beach access as well as walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops😋. We would definitely recommend staying here. Great hosts and great location!

The owners are on the property daily. Many extras - beach: wagon, chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas. Convenient walk to eateries, ice cream. Our first floor unit had a quiet back seating area. The ONLY little issue was bar noise close by. Of course, no control over this.

More than We Expected

From the moment we walked in we knew we would enjoy our stay for 6 weeks. Our apartment looked even better than the pictures and was spotless. We were 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The owners were warm and welcoming and available. They even provided a secure place to store our kayaks which was unexpected and appreciated. We have booked it again next year!

Loved the Beach Toys!

We booked two units. This unit (Nauti Escape) and the Margaritaville unit. These units are super close to the beach and we LOVED the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, Wagons, Coolers, Boogie Boards, Floaties. Usually when we are at the beach on vacation we don't spend all day at the beach, but we did this time with all of their beach amenities. Kathy let us check in early and also use the beach supplies again on our last day even though we were already checked out. We walked on the beach to Johns Pass. It is in walking distance of several restaurants. A fully stocked kitchen, which was a big bonus. Kathy was very prompt in her communication and very accommodating. The unit is smaller than we expected and we had a hard time finding a place for our luggage. The day bed in the Margaritaville was very nice, and wish we had that in the Nauti Escape. After taking the sofa bed down to sleep, and all of the cushions everywhere and our luggage we seemed to be tripping over everything. But all the other bonuses this place offered, this was a small inconvenience! We would definitely stay here again.

Solo trip

Renting from Kathy and Eddie was by far one of the best - and I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. The cutest spot right across from the beach and next to several local restaurants. Upon arrival, Kathy and Eddie were extremely friendly and helpful with the check in process. Kathy even let me borrow a rain coat to run across the street to get food when it was pouring. The space itself was perfect for a single person or a couple, but the service was incredible. Absolutely considering this spot for a future trip!
