Overall we enjoyed our stay. The listing is misleading as the property is far from brand new. The furniture and floors and rugs are filthy. The patio furniture is almost unusable it's so dirty. The floors were so dirty that we had to wash our feet before bed because they would be black. The listing says the pool is heated and it was not, which is unfortunate in February. The listing shows bones and those were also not around anymore. The location is hard to beat and the views were amazing. Overall with some tlc the place could be amazing but needs some deep cleaning and new furniture.

"Another Wonderful Stay by the Beach!"

This was our second year staying in this beautiful condo with our family, and once again, we loved every minute of it. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Although the pool was unavailable due to maintenance, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, so it didn’t affect our experience. Our host, Amber, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.We truly enjoy staying here and will definitely be back again!

Do NOT rent through VRBO - double booked!

VRBO double booked our stay here and we found out upon arrival that another family was already in the unit. There is NO excuse for double booking units with modern technology. Do a quick online search and you will find it is not uncommon for this to occur with VRBO. I have rented with their leading competitor for over a decade and have never experienced a double booking. It was a disaster as a family of 8 with 2 kids and most of us flew from WA and CO only to find out we needed to find a new rental at 7pm. The host blamed the double booking on VRBO and the VRBO support individual blamed it on the host, either way we will never book with VRBO again.

Ladies 55th year getaway

Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we enjoyed our stay here in Indian Shores. The view is spectacular! The place is so roomy and comfortable! We enjoyed biking to nearby stores and restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed though. In spite of this, we had a fabulous stay!!

Great Stay In Indian Shores

Six of us stayed in the condo for 4 nights and it was a perfect fit. The condo was very clean and spacious. The garage had toys and chairs and wagon for the beach. Watch the sunrise from our balcony and saw dolphins swimming in the cove of mangroves. Good location too with restaurants close by. Beach access was just across the street and you’re in the sand in minutes. The property management was very attentive with a minor issue that we had and it was quickly resolved. We would stay at this condo again for sure.

Tampa Visit

In town for the NCAA Frozen Four, wanted a place for 6 adults close to the beach. Condo was one block from the beach and was in immaculate condition. All the necessary accessories were provided - beach towels, umbrellas, water toys, bikes. Top of the line kitchen and all the needed supplies. Very nice place, would recommend this place to anyone needing a "close to the beach" place to stay.

Girls Trip

This property was perfect! There were 8 of us staying for a girls weekend. Amber the property manager was prompt to respond when we had questions and helped us in any way she could. Having a pool/ hot tub on property was great! We had it all to ourselves during our stay. We used the trolley stop across the street to go into John’s Pass for a day. A perfect location and a gorgeous condo. The back porch which over looks the inter coastal is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! Would definitely book here again!

Indian Shores Rental

We rented for a month, to get away from winter at home up north. We had a fantastic time. The condo was great, just as advertised, and very well equipped. We had several friends and family visit. We really liked Salt Rock for dinner and Caddy’s for lunch. We also loved walking on the beach as well as checking out the Pinellas Trail nearby. Finally, we really enjoyed hanging with the sweet couple downstairs, who were very helpful as well.

We love this beautiful condo and Indian Shores! The hosts were awesome and very responsive with any questions we had. It was conveniently located, immaculately cared for, and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We're already planning on returning for our next vacation!

Heaven in Indian Shores, Florida

This property exceeded my expectations and the host went above and beyond. The pictures look great but it is even better in person. This oversize unit has fantastic views of the Intercoastal and Gulf and the location is unbeatable. Having a garage with bikes and everything needed for the beach, including a wagon to make it easy to walk across the street, was the icing on the cake. I will definitely book this property again! Thanks to Amber for making this our best family trip ever!!

5 Star Luxury Beach Condo

Wow, this place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! My family has been coming up to Indian Rocks Beach for the last 15 years and this is by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. This is a true luxury unit in a brand new building in Indian Shores. From the time you walk into the unit, the owners have though of every little detail to create a dream vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the bedrooms were large and spacious, and the view of the intracoastal are absolutely priceless from the balcony. Also, the ocean view from the master bedroom was an awesome bonus as well!!! All beds were extremely comfortable and you are less than a minute walk from the unit to having your feet touch the beach. Walking distance to Salt Rock Grill is awesome as well. The owners went above and beyond for us and were fantastic to communicate with. We will definitely be booking this luxury unit again in the future and thanks again for an amazing vacation!!!!
