  • Esta unidad frente al mar Gulf Winds Resort incluye 1 BR, sala de estar, cocina completa y baño. Ubicado en la playa del complejo, incluye una mesa y sillas en la planta baja donde podrá disfrutar de su café. Ubicado a solo unos pasos de las suaves arenas blancas de St. Pete Beach, también se encuentra en el corazón del distrito. Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio y un futón de tamaño completo en la sala de estar para que la unidad duerma 3-4. Está ubicado en Upham Beach, muy cerca de Paradise Grill, donde puedes caminar y comer algo o comer algo. El complejo también ofrece una piscina junto a la playa.

This condo is the perfect place to be close to the beach and restaurants. Also close to the St. Pete’s airport. Owner let us check in early and very quick to reply to our questions. We look forward to staying there again!

The perfect spot for easy beach access, restaurants, shopping and sunsets! The condo is very clean and the hosts communicated so well the whole trip! So many things within walking distance or just a short drive. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The location was awesome. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was great. The laundry is not inside the unit as expected. The unit is older, but well worth the cost. Plenty of beach gear is included.

Great location, steps from the beach and in such a cute area with lots of shops, food, coffee, and bars. Would definitely stay again. Only thing is there was no dryer in the unit but there were some you could pay to use right by the condo.

It was fully stocked equipped with whatever you needed. A stress free walk across the street and enjoy the water.The sand walk down the beach to all my favorite places.I used to live in florida.I i am sharing it with my friends who are heading to florida.Hopefully, it's in a good spot for them

Great location!

Loved that the beach really was just across the street. Quiet area but lots to do within a couple of blocks! So nice that beach chairs and an umbrella were in the closet!! We loved the place! Perfect for relaxing!

Awesome place, great price, excellent Host

This little condo was excellent, cute, clean and very convenient, Jim the host was great to work with and cared about the people who stay at his place. Could not ask for better location or price, we will be back, Rick’s Reef and Paradise Grill were our go to places, we took an Uber to and from airport, no car was needed, yoga on the beach was a plus,

Great Location

Everything was pretty much as advertised. Beach and restaurants all very convenient. Patio table has seen better days, but other than that everything was great.

It’s within walking distance of all your needs Trolley bank post office farmers market Beach. Restaurants. The condo is large enough to meet your needs.

Just wonderful!

Loved the access to the beach! Perfect for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed. Convenient laundry facilities (right around the corner). Easy, close parking. We had a wonderful stay! Owner was easy to communicate with and super nice.

Awesome location

Jim our host was great to communicate with.His condo is super clean and is only steps from beach. We did not rent a car, his gem is walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this piece of paradise, it’s our second time staying and will book his place again.

St. PETE Getaway!

Loved the condo! Everything was just as advertised. Perfect location whether you wanted to stay at the beach, walk to get food or a snack and centrally located to drive where ever! The parking permit was great and we alwats had a place to park having the "permit parking" at the condo! Will stay again.

NICE ST. PETE BEACH VACATION

This was a nice and comfortable condo to rent just across the street from St. Petersburg Beach's Upham Beach. The TV and Air conditiiner worked well. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was big enough to cook your own meals! Nice furniture and bathroom, too. I would recommend to all beach lovers!

Excellent location

We were familiar with this condo complex. Good location. Wifi was not great this was frustrating. Property was newly painted, nice bedding, couch needs cleaning. This is a very nice unit to rent.
