The staff at the real estate office was extremely helpful and courteous . This condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped. Property location is great for us. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this condo previously, and I enjoy the convenience of being able to park in front of the unit, with convenient access to my unit. The condo is very nicely decorated, and offers a small patio overlooking an interesting golf hole, where the golfers second shot has to carry over the water, with many shots hitting water and not the green. I have booked the same condo for next year, and look forward to another stay at Isla.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at Vista Verde West 121 and loved the unit, it had everything we needed and it's very, very clean. Lots of updates including windows, doors, flooring and the two bathrooms looked brand new. Both bedrooms had walk-in closets which is nice for longer stays. Great location for morning walks, it's one mile over the bridge to the beach or walk around the huge golf course resort area, the walking trial goes under the bridge so you don't need to cross the road, go under it. Good Wi-Fi and cable TV. We stayed there mid February into early March 2022.

Reviewer Comments: NextHome Beach Time Realty was able to find us the perfect rental unit, in beautiful Isla Del Sol.We ride our bikes to the beach, to Tierra Verde, to Fort Desoto, on the trails to Gulfport, and to downtown St. Petersburg.I am already looking forward to my stay again next year for another stay at Isla Del Sol. The lockbox did not close properly and the Smart TV was not...only could get cable; no Netflix, Disney, etc.

Perfect Florida Getaway

Gorgeous property! Large 2/2 with well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. The group da are beautiful and the pool well maintained. I highly recommend this property.

Great place!

Stayed with my young daughters. Very clean. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was available. Pool area was our favorite spot. Would be nice if you could use other pool areas for adjacent properties. Would have also like to been able to use the small beach access as well.

Beautiful Condo in Isla Del Sol

Condo has been completely renovated and was extremely clean. Fantastic view of the golf course in a peaceful setting. Would definitely rent again!

The property was very clean and well appointed as well as updated. Only comments would be a slightly earlier checkout and 11am checkout would be more ideal.
