  • ¡Te encantará Ocean Breeze Cottage! La cabaña tiene un "encanto de Key West de estilo antiguo" y se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo, pero está cerca de todo lo que necesita. Está a un corto paseo de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de la costa del Golfo y de la mundialmente famosa John's Pass Village, donde encontrará una gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes, muchas actividades acuáticas y acceso a una rampa para botes. La cabaña es perfecta para esas vacaciones familiares o dos parejas. Seabreeze Cottage está ubicado en una calle tranquila y es muy seguro para que los niños jueguen en el patio. La cabaña está llena de comodidades para hacer de sus vacaciones una estadía agradable y también incluye internet WiFi, lavadora y secadora, ducha al aire libre, aire acondicionado y calefacción y estacionamiento para dos autos.

    El patio cercado se encuentra en un entorno paisajístico tropical y está revestido con ladrillos Augusta. Su es una parrilla para cocinar una buena comida y muchos asientos para relajarse.

    Hay una cabaña de playa adicional de un dormitorio / un baño (Baybreeze) que es perfecta para una familia pequeña (2-3 personas) que se encuentra en la parte posterior de la propiedad y que también está disponible para alquilar para aquellos que quieran vacacionar con otro familia y me gustaría tenerlos cerca (según disponibilidad). Para reservar esa cabaña en HomeAway, busque el número de identificación 9218830.

    Hay transporte conveniente disponible en el tranvía de playa que recorre las playas de toda la ciudad. La parada del tranvía se encuentra cerca de la cabaña.
    La cabaña es perfecta para alquiler semanal (sábado a sábado) pero también está disponible para inquilinos a largo plazo.
    Bicentennial Park está a menos de una milla y es ideal para pasear al perro.
    NO se permite fumar DENTRO de la cabaña.
    Debe tener un mínimo de 25 años de edad y debe ser invitado para reservar la cabaña.
    Se admiten perros pequeños y se aplicará una tarifa adicional no reembolsable por mascota de $ 150. Se requiere que todos los huéspedes limpien después de sus perros dentro y fuera de la propiedad.

Great Walkable Location

Very clean, lots of useful beach gear for kids and adults plus a big wagon to carry it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation bungalow

Lovely home to spend spring break at. Close to beach and John’s Pass which was a bonus. John keeps the property in great condition.

Great Summer place at the beach

I highly recommend this cute cottage if you're looking for a place to stay close to the beach. It's clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Just a short walk across the street to Madiera beach. My husband and I plan on another vacation here again!

Winter getaway

Backyard nice, quiet, private. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and John’s Pass. Cottage was decorated nicely with beach theme.

A wonderful cottage, perfect for two couples or a young family... John had everything we needed to go to the beach... cart, chairs, toys, umbrella... experienced host... all good. Thank you...

Quaint Perfect Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is perfect - right across from the beautiful Madeira Beach which is one of the best beach areas near Clearwater. Also, within walking distance to John's Pass which has a number of cute shops and good restaurants. The place was cozy, comfortable with a back yard that is great for relaxing and enjoying the shade while reading a good book or napping. We would definitely go back.

Exceeded Expectations

My daughter and I loved this beautiful, comfy beach cottage for our Mom/Daughter get away. All the comforts of home but at the beach! Great location, easy access to the beach, John's Pass and other local attractions. The owner, John, is great communicator and fabulous person! You will not be disappointed in choosing this property for your vacation. Looking forward to renting again!

Awesome location

Awesome, perfect location. 2 min walk to the beach, the house had a good selection of beach equipment also. 10 min walk to Johns Pass. The house is on the small side, was OK for 2 adults and 2 kids. Owners were quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. Would definitely visit again just for the location.

Loved this little cottage!

We had a fabulous time visiting Madeira beach and staying at the Cozy Cottage! The house was stocked with all we could need and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Easy, short walk to the beautiful beach and short walk to John's Pass too! The owner was so helpful when I had a question about the TV. Cottage was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location and home away from home

Loved the location and access to all the beach gear was greatly appreciated. Comfy beds. Clean house. There was toilet paper left by previous guest otherwise that would be the only negative of this rental.

Charming little cottage, great location

Short walk to John's Pass. Nice little fenced in yard for the dog. Very comfortable place to stay. The host was very gracious and easy to deal with. (Please note that the local beaches are not dog friendly, but many bars and restaurants in the area are dog friendly. The nearest dog beach is De Soto Park).

Lovely Get-away!

Looking forward to our next trip to Madeira Beach. We will definitely be coming back to this cottage. It had everything we needed and much more. The beds were very comfortable as was the entire cottage. We stayed in Cottage #1. With Cottage #2 being so close it’s the perfect setup for family vacations with multiple families. Now to try and coordinate three families and their vacations! Loved every minute of it.

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was perfect for me and my 2 teenage kids. The shed with the beach equipment made our beach days so easy and convenient! We did make a Walmart stop for some goggles and a few extras to leave for the next guests! Thank you so much for an easy hassle free stay, it could not have gone smoother! Will definitely be checking this out again on our next Florida vacation!

Great location, dog friendly

It’s always super important to us that our dogs are able to vacation with us. Usually this means a less desirable location or less clean place. This house is a in a great location and clean. This was our first time at the big house as last time we stayed at the little house. Both times were great!

Loved The Cottage & Location

Adorable cottage easy walking distance to beach and many other amenities. Clean, comfortable, quite, safe and had everything available. Beds were very comfortable and back yard was nice size for our dogs. The pictures posted of exterior are not current as neither the front or the back yards are as tree filled or green spaced as shown, but still worked just fine for us. We never left our dogs alone in rear yard as the gates were not secure enough, just to let others know. We loved staying here and will absolutely come again!!!

Cute cottage

This cottage is so cute - it has a vintage feel. It’s not very big but it had everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend it for more that 4 people. Everything you could want for the beach was provided; umbrellas, coolers, chairs, floaters and wagons to cart it all to the beach. The location is fantastic! A short two block walk to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The only minor complaint is that it smelled a bit like smoke, especially the beach towels for some reason. I will definitely book again if I return to Madiera Beach!.

Loved it

It was a very nice little cottage and a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance To the beach and I mean, super close. The cottage, could Use a little updating but everything is there and it is nicely Labeled so you are able to find everything. John was awesome. We had an issue with my husband's dialysis machine. And he was very understanding and allowed us to check out a little late. We will be going back again. Oh, and no bugs! I did not have to worry about insect repellent at all. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer or bought the property LOL that's how much i loved it!

Christmas at the beach

We loved this place overall. Cute, spacious and centrally located. The bungalow could use some updating with kitchen supplies and newer furniture, but the beds were comfy. We were sorry that the weather didn’t allow us to avail of all the fun beach equipment supplied in the shed. Plenty of parking and the addition of the optional 1 bedroom bungalow add on made it perfect for our family.

1st retirement trip/remote work

Location, location, location. 2 blocks from the front door to the waters edge. 1 block off main drag (loud) and 1st St. is quiet. Love older, unique cottages and this one fit the bill. Picked the larger cottage because Lori worked part of the trip and it gave us plenty of room for everything. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The back patio, beach items, and the W/D were nice to have. Easy area to walk with plenty of eating, bars, and shopping within 1 mile. Lisa’s for brunch, Sweet Brewnet for coffee, & Dockside Dave’s for grouper. John was quick to respond before traveling, check in was simple, and we had no worries during our week stay. Would love to come back again. Beach was quiet, 1st St. was quiet, and John’s cottage was just right. Only problem was having to go back home to cold and snow.
