The Oceana Resort is one of Treasure Island’s newest additions located directly on the beach. The beach front condos have a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Treasure Island beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just built in 2019, the building combines the advantage of a fully equipped condo plus all the Resort amenities. The property offers 2 pools and whirlpools either overlooking the beach or Bay across the street. Not only can you watch our famous Florida Sunsets from your private balcony, but also from an amazing Roof Top Sunset and Observation Deck on the 7th floor. The view is simply stunning!

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille.
