My daughter and I had a great stay! Everything was clean and it smelled great. My only criticism, was there were 2 tvs and we couldn’t get them to work. I wrote to owner and they responded and gave directions on the living room tv. We were able to watch that. Otherwise, we had a great stay! Bed was comfy!

We had a great experience at this property. Everything was very clean, updated, and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect—just a few steps away from the pool—and the communication with the host was outstanding throughout our stay. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect and just as described! The gym room was great and the pool was nice as well. Wish there was a hot tub at the common area, but that was a tiny wish. The host was amazing and very communicative and helpful. Was a great stay at a quiet place.

Summer 24

We stayed in the condo at Avalon, it is great location close to the pool/gym, clan and tidy with all the utensils etc you need. Plenty of stores close by for supplies, further away from beeches etc than we anticipated.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely presented. The gated community had a relaxed feel to it and the heated pool was a great facility. As advertised, the sofa bed available in the living area was very comfortable. There was a good variety of shops and restaurants close by and Clearwater Beach was just a short drive away. Highly recommended.
