The room was fresh and spotless. However, it took multiple phone calls to get access code to room; it then had to be changed several times as it did not work. On the second night the television was not working. After 90 minutes on the phone it was deemed that it was no longer working. On both instances I was speaking to someone offsite. Both were very apologetic and understood my frustration. I would like a partial refund.

The room was very clean and conveniently located. The TV remote didn’t work but we didn’t need the TV. The outlet under the window didn’t work but we improvised. It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs in the room so one person didn’t have to sit on the bed. The communication was prompt between myself and management. We will definitely stay again.

The room was clean but the furniture was old and needed update. They had mismatched towels and the shower curtain needed to be changed because it was faded. All in all it was an good stay. Close to a lot of places to eat and shop.

Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. The next morning I was woken up by people knocking at my door at 9:30 am, un announced and in no type of uniform to identify themselves as housekeeping there to change my linens, which was really alarming as a solo traveler to have a man and a bunch of women at my door. Then another man came in my room and said he was there to fix my ac unit (that was leaking) and proceeded haul tools and parts into the room and use the towels provided to clean up the leaking water from the ac. The agent did message me a couple hours later to ask if someone can access my room later today to fix my ac. I asked for clean towels but never got them. Overall it was okay, room was clean for the most part. But I have stayed in airbnbs where hosts were way more attentive. And as a hotel I don’t think I would book again though.

Comfortable and clean studio. A few free snacks and a Keurig with a variety of kcups. Many walkable places to eat. Easy access to expressways.

I always stay in nice hotels never motels … but this time I was trying to save money and closely relied on reviews. People said it was clean it was just so so and people said it was close to everything it was miles from everything. The only place in walking distance was the ballpark. How did they never mention how scary it is for a woman traveling alone to arrive to no front desk, no staff, having to get your own towels and toilet paper? No body wash in dispenser and I call to have it filled it never was and when I call back she says they said it was filled even though I said it was not. Broken air conditioner. Reported and never fixed. No ventilation try sleeping nights in Fl w no air con. Worst experience of my life. Normally Expedia reviews can be relied upon. What were these people on? They must be people who bever stayed in a real place. Avoid here at all costs not worth it to save a little.😡

Staff is terrible. No reception desk. The woman messaging me did not send me my room number or door code even after check in when I texted her for it. She sent me a message with missing info such as "your room number is (..)" and did not even put it in the message. I had to call multiple times. There is no reception desk which is very odd you have to call staff for everything. All communication is through phone. I got a message saying early check in would be available at 1 but when I called at 2:30 after our flight landed it was not available and we just stood around for an hour till after 4 check in time since she did not even send me my door code or room number. Location is horrible right next to a busy road and very loud.

Little gem of a motel. Game room is a bonus. Room 10 was very good. Clean smelling. Got a couple tips for the owner (so much Lawn potential). They're so close to being perfect.

Before check-in i received a message that my door code was **** so i messaged the location questioning that as it seemed unsafe ti have a generic code. They messaged back woth instructions to go to the lockbox of the room you are assigned and retrieve the key. Glad i messaged first. Got my key and unpacked into the room. Realized as im unpacking that there are 2 beds. The room i booked was a deluxe queen bedroom with a dining area, microwave, etc. Im one person with a dog that was getting home renovations done so i only needed 1 bed and the seating area to be able to eat the food i brought plus floor space for the dog. I reached out to the motel and they told me i booked the type of room i was given and that i needed to take it up with Expedia. Expedia confirmed the room i booked was not what i was given. Expedia called the property and they said the decription online was incorrect. I can understand little things being off but the bed count was even wrong. Motel said there's nothing they can do but approve a cancellation. At this point it is 7pm and I had work in the morning so i take my peace offering from expedia and attempt to make the best of the stay. I went for a cup of coffee and saw i was only given the option for hazelnut. Vending machines do not work in gameroom including lock to get in. Now its 8pm and i have no way to make anything to eat. Guys in room next to me smoking blunts outside the door. Ended up leaving a night early. Clean inside.

The suite was clean, furniture was modern and had all amenities needed. They had a virtual staff that was quick, reliable and friendly to respond. I gave it 4 stars because the safe did not work but other than that, great stay.
