Estamos ubicados cerca de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y actividades, y estamos a una corta distancia en autom��vil del centro de St. Petersburg, Clearwater o las famosas atracciones turísticas de Tampa.

Esta unidad del piso superior (décimo) muestra una increíble vista panorámica desde el gran balcón privado para ver el atardecer directo de primera clase o contemplar las tranquilas aguas del Golfo de México. Beautiful property. Although a good distance from John’s Pass, it was in a great location. We ate at several restaurants that are in walking distance.

Most beautiful sunsets from the balcony

Suffice it to say we had a wonderful two weeks…especially enjoyed that the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We cooked in most nights. We added a few items to enhance future chefs’ cooking experiences there.

Absolutely Amazing!

Itrip is extremely easy to use. Our unit couldn't have been better. It came equipped with everything needed for our family, including small children. The view is fantastic. Dolphins every morning. The pool and hot tub are always clean. Can't wait for our next visit.

The property was well maintained. The condo is out dated and was unclean. Washer is rusty, floors dirty, pot holders and toaster oven filthy, sheets were stained, mold in fridge, dryer lint tray full of lint. One should not have to clean the condo before enjoying their vacation. Cost was very high when you consider condition of the condo. Area and weather was great.

Wonderful Florida Experience

The best part of this amazing condo was the balcony: amazing ocean view on the tenth floor, and the absolutely best furniture options! There were four high top chairs, two smaller tables, along with a patio table with six chairs. Other than walking the beach and enjoying the great pool area, most of our time was spent on the balcony. The host was amazingly responsive to our questions and needs. A response was always received within minutes. The property complex was well maintained, never crowded or noisy. The only thing missing was beach chairs/umbrella. We purchased our own noodles to enjoy in the pool (and left them behind for the next guest to use). We would definitely enjoy coming back again!

Beach

Had no idea construction of the beach was going to happen. I washed all the comforters and bedding except master room. There was a stain on comforter. Things felt dirty. Bed sheets are old and hardly any elastic to hod them on. The bathroom towels seemed new and stuff. Washed them also. Garbage can was filthy. Refrigerator clean. The master bathtub is shaped odd. No hand rail to get out we are in our 70’s and try to be careful. Other than that properly try to come back again.

Five Star!! Beautiful view & adorable condo!

Our visit was so relaxing and the condo was exceptional. With all the damage from last fall to Maderia Beach and neighboring communities, I didn't realize how fortunate we were to get this booking until we arrived.. it is amazing what has been renovated, restored &/or rebuilt so far. The beach is beautiful & well maintained too. 10th floor with only 1 elevator was the only hiccup especially when they were both down one day. Walking down 10 flights not horrible but back up..gonna take me forever. I was either trapped inside the condo or on the beach. I chose the ⛱️!! One elevator was back in business around 4:00 pm. I look forward to next visit next year.

The apartment is comfortable, well-located, and the area is very quiet. One criticism is that the mattress on the small bed, which is no longer usable, should be replaced, and If that bed can be replaced with a slightly more comfortable one, all the better.

Wonderful condo with a great location

Beautiful and comfy condo in a great location. Four restaurants are within walking distance (up to a half mile away). CVS and Winn Dixie are also within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and flat so it is easy to walk. Beach chairs in the balcony closet and beach towels are in the hallway closet. It felt like home. Will stay again.

The only issue with this property is that it says free parking but that is only for one car. I had to pay 60 dollars for an additional vehicle.

Madeira Beach Rental

For the most part, we enjoyed our 2 week vacation at this Madeira Beach condo. The downside was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were filthy. The bottoms of our feet were black after just an hour of walking around. I cleaned the floors myself and had to do them twice to get them clean. The bedding/spreads on all the beds were not clean. I washed all the bedding myself and it made a huge difference. The upside is the location of this unit and the views. After we got the unit cleaned, we truly enjoyed our stay. The condominium property itself was very nice and well maintained, especially the pool area.

Everything we dreamed of

The location, conveniences, and long beaches were all delightful. The building was extremely clean and secure. The condo was exactly what the photos portrayed. Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, and amazing views. Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of towels and supplied beach items. Bathroom and kitchen faucets need work or replacement. We purchased and left a new floor mop as what was supplied was old and very used. Otherwise it was great. Sorry it’s not available next year.

Our Christmas Getaway at Madeira Beach

We had a great deal of problem with the internet in our unit right from day one. The information we were provided from the owner on our forms was incorrect. We were days without any internet & as we had no phone we had no way to communicate. We had to rely on the kindness of the office to use their phone & pass along messages. We had techs come 6 times to fix the problem which was a nuisance & a waste of our time. The condo was not cleaned properly & the floors were filthy. Unless you wore shoes you had to wash your feet all the time as they would be pitch black. We had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves. The master bathroom needs repairs as the bathtub does not drain & the controls do not function properly. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. There was no screen in the back bedroom which prevented air circulation. There should also be some kind of indication on the patio doors to show when it is closed. I walked into the door & suffered bruises. According to the guest book I wasn't the only one. Now for the good things...the unit was very spacious & nicely furnished. The views from the 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The beach was terrific & the sunsets amazing. It is in a great location. We could walk across the street to Winn Dixie for groceries. A liquor store, dollar store & drug store were all there as well. This was our first time to this area & we would definitely go back. We have never had any contact with the owners Melissa & Steven Branch during this entire rental process. I would appreciate hearing from them as I feel we should get some kind of restitution for all our problems with the internet.

Wow, What a great time, Unit 1007 at Ocean Sands...

Wow, What a great time, Unit 1007 at Ocean Sands in Madeira Beach Florida was 10 stories up to give you that perfect place to view all the wildlife action that goes on everyday that we where there, Dolphins, Manatees ,Pelicans and other beautiful birds. The private beach was super clean and not crowed. The grill and Tiki hut was the perfect place to grill up fresh seafood and watching the most spectacular sunsets .We'll be booking unit #1007 for many future trip to come.
