It is also equipped with a private bathroom that has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Double bed and a TV for guests to enjoy. Lastly, the third bedroom has two twin beds. Located in close proximity is the hallway bathroom with a bathtub. This condo also has a Washer/Dryer inside the condo for those wanting a longer stay than the 5-night minimum that this building requires. The condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach at the Reef Club building. The building itself offers amenities such as a tennis court, heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ for guests to enjoy during their stay. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
