  • This is a beautiful three bedroom two bath home. It is located in Largo, FL less than 5 miles from the best beaches in Florida. This house is also less than a mile from the popular Pinellas Trail and John S Taylor Park. It has a golf course less than a mile away. This house has all the amenities you can imagine from two types of coffee machines to beach chairs. It has a great fenced in back yard with a screened in patio. It also has a two car garage with a full size washer and dryer.

Great location. Went to Clearwater Beach once, and Indian Rocks Beach twice. Host was respectful and responsive.

Best Thanksgiving Ever

A beautiful place to spend our Thanksgiving. First time getting to see some family in 12 years and having such a beautiful place to eat Thanksgiving dinner and stay for the week made it all that much better.

Great home for family get away near Indian Rocks Beach

Loved our stay at your beautiful home. The house was very clean, loved the spacious bedrooms and layout. Was perfect for our family to stay at while attending a family wedding. Short 10-minute drive to the beach.

Awesome house in a great location

This house is not only clean and has anything you need it’s also close to a lot of stuff while also be away from all the hustle and bustle. I have 2 small kids and my wife and I would choose this over any of the beach front resorts any day. With a rental car or Uber this is your PERFECT spot!

Nice home with great location !

Nice updated home..clean and had no issues whatsoever. The home was close to everything we had wanted to visit. David was great about checking in to make sure we had enough basic supplies. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Comfort In Modest A Setting

Vacationers are greeted by a moderately priced well appointed home with all amenities for home and beach! The laundry is a plus for return travel and the garage is an added bonus. Location is convenient to malls, restaurants, etc. Would book again.

Beautiful and Functional

Chris was an amazing and responsive host. The house is by far the nicest short term rental we’ve stayed in. Huge TV, every amenity that a homeowner would expect, and fun backyard. If he wasn’t booked up, we’d be staying for a few more weeks!

Loved the home

Loved the home! It was just enough room for my family of 4. I loved the option to grill and the inclosed patio to eat at. My children enjoyed the play room area with the games that were there. It was very nice that there were things already there to use to take to the beach! It wasn’t a far drive from stores,beach, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Largo home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in this home. Very roomy, clean, comfortable and well supplied. David was quick to respond when the gas grill ran out of gas, and he had a replacement tank there in 5 minutes. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend this rental property.
