This house was absolutely perfect! Communication with the owners about check in was seamless. The house, pool and hot tub were immaculate. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is close to the beach and to Tampa. The host had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys - everything you could possibly need. One of my favorite VRBO's we've rented.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the heated pool. The hot tub was a plus! Our hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had about the pool heater. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean/immaculate pet friendly home. The house was presented in photos as is in real life. Everything needed was right at finger tips, utensils, cookware, laundry, cleaners, Alexa, outside speakers. Perfect size for a family and very dog friendly. Neighborhood very clean and quiet but very close to all the shops and restaurants. 9 miles to beach! Pool was beautiful and hot tub was perfect!Hector & Odette were extremely friendly and responsive to messages. No issues, would highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

Hands down the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at! Everything was super clean and our kids really enjoyed the pool. It was also really nice having beach chairs and other beach accessories available. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Cozy Outside Oasis

We stayed here for the 4th of July with some friends. The house is clean and decorated tastefully. Air conditioning works great and ceiling fans in every room. We didn’t cook but the house is equipped with everything you would need. There is a coffee pot and Keurig and they provided coffee, which is great for the next morning if you haven’t shopped yet. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have blackout curtains. The backyard pool is big. The outdoor space is very inviting. It’s decorated beachy and much to look at. The garage has everything you could possibly need to take to the beach. The owners are pleasant to communicate with. The experience was flawless and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Stay

We have stayed in several VRBO houses over the years and had many good experiences, but this stay was beyond exceptional. Hector and Odette not only provide you with a very cozy home with a private pool and hot tub, but the small things they provide is over the top; from the large assortment of beach accessories that you would usually have to rent down to the toiletries, garbage bags, and even designer perfumes for the ladies. You literally just have to show up and buy food. Everything else is there. If you are looking for a place I would HIGHLY recommend giving Hector and Odette's little gem a stay. We will without a doubt book another stay here. Perfect place to make memories. Thank you guys so much for opening your home to my family. It was nothing short of being absolutely fantastic.

Beautiful home

The home was great. Clean inside and out. The pool was refreshing at the end of a day at the beach. We chose to visit Clearwater Beach during our stay but there are several to choose from within a half hour drive. We would definitely stay again on a return trip.

Sister Trip

This was our sister trip. The house was perfect for our stay. Enjoyed the beautiful outside and relaxing in the pool. We enjoyed our stay and the host/hostess were so accommodating and very easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again. Rating only went to 5 but would give a 10.

Loved our staycation

My grandma traveled down from Georgia to visit, and while she was hoping for a hot tub, I had my heart set on a pool. This beautiful home offered the perfect combination for both of us. Our stay was wonderful — the house was exactly as described, incredibly comfortable, and the hosts were extremely responsive throughout our visit. I would absolutely love to stay here again when she returns. Thank you so much for hosting us!

The house was exactly as described. Perfect for our family, clean and amazing pool. Popular beaches were within 30 minutes away. The hosts were easy to communicate with and neighbor Bill and his rescue pup were super sweet!

Nice Stay, With A Few Hiccups

Overall, we had a good stay. Communication on booking and check-in was clear and timely. We asked to check in early and we were accommodated. Unfortunately, there was a planned power outage in this area, and our travel was a bit slow due to traffic, so we were not able to get in too much earlier than normal check in.One hiccup was that after the power outage, no one went to the house to restart the pool heater and hot tub. With the cooler night temps and the heater only running from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, we were not able to use the pool the first 2 days of our stay.We also had to reconnect all of the devices in the house to the wifi after the power was back on. A small thing, but a thing none the less. Another hiccup came with the hot tub on our 3rd day of our stay. The hot tub kept kicking out so the heater would not stay on and warm up the water. We ended up not being able to use the hot tub until the end of our 5th day. There were some other small things such as remote batteries for the ceiling fan and lights in the master bedroom being dead, and the electronic deadbolt going dead that did come up during our stay also. The local property manager was helpful and kind all of the times we ended up calling him, even if there were issues that he could not fix. All in all, we paid a pretty penny to stay here as we wanted to enjoy some extras on vacation. We understand things happen, but for what we spent, we wish things would have gone a bit smoother.

Took possession of the home Jan 11. Got ourselves moved in, going to be here for 5 weeks. We noticed the lights would flicker every 10 minutes or so? Found this to be odd. After talking to the neighbor who takes care of the house, he let me know that after the hurricanes the power had gone out. Duke energy performed a temporary repair. Fast forward 4 months, we lost power on Jan 23 8:30 AM. Contacted the owner who then contacted Duke energy. Meanwhile we are sitting here with no heat, one of the coldest days of the year, 45 degrees. In the house temps were in the low 60’s. After numerous phone calls and text messages with the owner we were informed that Duke energy would be here by end of day to make repairs. Duke energy showed up around 4:00, did another temporary repair. When we left temporary repair seemed to be working ok.The owner did refund us 500.00 for the inconvenience. Power was restored around 5PM. I informed the owner that this was something that should have been disclosed long before we got here. On Sunday the 26 of Jan I noticed the pool heat was not working. The pool was 60 degrees. I contacted the owner via text, he proceeded to have me try to get heat pump working. After many texts and attempts at restarting heat pump he decided he needed to get a tech here to troubleshoot and repair heat pump. Pool Tech finally shows up 5 days later on Friday the 31st of January, took him all of 10 minutes to replace a failed component. Sunday the 2nd of Feb the pool wa
