Communication is great! Great location. Unit was everything we needed. Pretty pool, however weather didn't quite work with us to get in.

We loved our stay here. It looked exactly like the pictures. They had the room supplied with plenty of beach supplies—chairs, towels, umbrella and a cart to carry it all. The kitchen was also supplied with all necessary items. The beds were amazing!!! Management was quick to respond to questions and very easy to work with. We would stay here again

Be prepared to walk, parking in the island can be expensive but keep the car at the condo and you will be fine

Where to begin…. FIRST; the description states it sleeps 4 which is true. HOWEVER, that should only be for MAYBE, a family with small children!! There IS NO PRIVACY AT ALL. If one person gets up, everyone gets up!! There is a sheer curtain to pull across the two queen beds to “separate “ them from the 2 person sofa & television . There is also a chair beside the tv so if you sit there, you’re looking at the sofa. The kitchen is smaller than small. A 2 burner stove, microwave, & decent sized fridge. Hardly any counter space. A small 4 chair table next to fridge. If you can get your vacation clothes in an 18 inch space, good for you! That’s about all the closet space. All our clothes were kept in the drawers under each bed!! The bathroom is SMALL!! The lavatory is literally in the same area as the beds. Very little vanity space, very small toilet with shower only in separate room. There was barely room to step out of shower with the door closed! Opening the door scrunches up the floor towel to step on. The room, kitchen area, bathroom & floors were clean & towels & other start up items were provided. We loved the location; it was quiet, not in the busy areaThis is a long room, which I guess is what a “beach studio is!! Looking back, I should have done more research after not seeing any other photos on the website! Lesson learned.

Girls Trip 2025

I came to town with 3 friends on a girls trip. The property is located on south beach right on the marina. It is on a quiet little street. But there are restaurants and stores located just one street over. The night life is hopping on this end of town too. It is located close to a Jolley Trolley stop making travelling the island a breeze and no need to rent a car. The rental is clean and everything you need from chairs, to a cooler and cart are all provided by the owner.

This property was perfect for our trip. Great location with comfortable accommodations! Communication with the owner was easy and everything went as expected. Pool was nice and we loved the area!

Great little condo

This condo is tidy and efficient, with everything you need for a short stay. The owner was very communicative, even offering us early check in which we very much appreciated. There is a helpful and very detailed book in the condo of everything to do in and around the area, which we needed since we hadn’t been before. There is parking for one car, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable!

Perfect for my stay

Great location, easy access to beaches, food and fun. Everything we needed for the beach. Beach chairs, towels, small cooler. Everything looked just like the pictures.

Very Peaceful Little Nap-Sack by Ocean

1 room, 2 queen beds and couch a kitchenette plus, bathroom was a little too congested, if your a large person:( Parking Spots were extremely small Pool area was Not comfortable, chairs were hazardous and very close to edge We did appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood, very restful!!!

Great Stay in Clearwater Beach

Location is great. Wish we had a little better weather but still able to enjoy morning and evening walks along the waterways. Also able to swim one day and the pool was really well maintained and nice and warm. Would recommend and will likely stay here again.

Looks better in the pictures !

The bad, When we first checked in, the front door lock is pretty sketchy. It’s an older unit that has a lot of lipstick on the pig. If you notice the pictures, they are taken with a wide angle lens. It has an old electric countertop with mismatched dials, mismatched filler wood on the cabinets, old convection microwave due to no oven. Tacky wall mirror wall and more. The bathroom was so small. Had to put your knee into the shower to be able to wipe. Door wouldn’t close over the rug on the floor. Bathroom is bigger in my camper. The place is kinda close to the beach but your not going to be carrying a cooler of any size and the silly chairs they supply. Drive to the beach and rent a cabana. The view of the bay is a joke from the balcony. Walk out back and see boat slips with boats in your way. Now the good. Nice and quiet. The road noise is minimal. The pool was clean and well kept but minimal deck area. The inside was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Food was good at most of the walkable restaurants. All in all, we did enjoy our stay but when we go back, I will spend the extra $$ and stay on the beach at one of the high rises.
