We had a fabulous trip! The condo was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use a little improvement but was perfectly fine for our stay. The grill was great for cooking out. My kiddos LOVED being able to fish right from the property. The walk to the beach was shorter than some places we have stayed right on the beach. The pool was great!

Great beach vacation

The condo is located very close to beach access which is a huge plus. Plenty of room inside to stretch out. Beach chairs weren’t in good shape and we made a call and they were replaced and delivered to us at the condo that evening! It was nice having a Keurig for coffee each morning. All in all, we had a great vacation.

Great Family Getaway!

Very cool area! Condo unit was roomy enough for 6 and had everything we needed. Very easy beach access and not terribly crowded at the beach. Great dining and shopping nearby. Never tried the pool because we loved the beach so much! It would have been great to have laundry in the unit but the machines on site did fine and cost about $3 per load to run. We’ll be back for sure!

Loved location. Unit clean and bright. Fluffy plentiful towels, nice bedding. Replace and add screens so windows can open, add safety grab bar near shower. Some games, puzzles would be nice. Ice msker didnt work, we bought trays

The location is great. Quiet area with some restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the beautiful white sandy beach!! Pool was clean and warm!! Wish we had more glasswear like coffee cups and wine glasses. Otherwise, well equipped kitchen. We would definitely return.

Great condo!

Definitely a nice unit. This is an end unit, perfect location. Everything was wonderful and a very clean unit. Had some issues in the beginning with the television not working properly. The individual (owner’s) management company was amazing and we were able to resolve the issue. Just keep in mind that the unit does not come with any type of food condiments, so you’ll have to supply those on your own. Other than that, has everything you need. The unit is directly across the street from the ocean. Literally a one and a half to two minute walk. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice condo to stay in with the family, did not have any of the fishing poles or beach supplies. Only had chairs. Table was not clean had sand all over it

ITrip and VRBO have a great beachfront property!

The communication from ITrip after booking with VRBO was quick and easy. They were able to field my questions and inquiries quickly following the hurricane. Barefoot Beach Resort has the most affordable options for singles, or families on Gulf Blvd! The resort is always clean, beautiful pool, and outdoor grills everywhere for all guests to enjoy. As usual, a great trip!

Great Location, BUT DIRTY!

The location of the property is a 10. However, the condo was dirty. Floors were absolutely filthy! Sheets had stains and hairs on them. Pillows had what looked like cough drop drool on them. Area rugs had not been vacuumed in God knows how long. I called as soon as we got to the condo and requested clean linens- 8 hours later at 10:10pm someone knocked on our door and dropped them outside. Of course by this time we had gone to Walmart and spent a lot of money on laundry and cleaning supplies. I tried calling multiple times and NO one responded. I messaged Kevin the condo host and he never responded. The floor was so dirty that we had to buy wipes to wash our feet with before we could get in the bed. (just from walking to from the bath to the bed) This was after we mopped the floor. I was hoping to be able to post pictures but so far I haven't found a way to do so. If you want a clean place to stay, do NOT stay in this condo and do not believe all of the reviews showing Kevin responding saying things are being taken care of, that is a LIE!

Beach Getaway

The property was very nice and beach just a short walk away. We had our 3 young boys with us and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We would definitely stay here again for the convenience of the beach not far away. We have a one year old who needs a nap in the afternoon and it was easy to get back and have a nap before we packed up and went back to the beach. Everything was easy and convenient compared to where we’ve stayed previously. The place was relatively clean other than the floors made my kids feet black being there only 20 minutes. The other complaint my husband had was the grills outside. We attempted to grill burgers one night and he couldn’t get it to light and they didn’t look like they’d been cleaned, which overall was not a dealbreaker. We did have to evacuate for hurricane Idalia, but we received an email that was clear that the county was under mandatory evacuation and we needed to vacate or face property damage. We went inland for about a day and a half and then we were permitted to re-enter the county. After that we spent some beautiful days at the beach with minimal people there. Overall very pleased!!

We had never been to this area...we loved it! Our condo was spotless and so close to the beach. Our family loved the pool as well. We will be back! Abby at the rental company was super nice and thorough too.
