Disfrute de increíbles vistas frontales del golfo desde este condominio de unidad de esquina excepcionalmente limpio. La Unidad 406, en condominios muy solicitados de Oceanside, lo sorprenderá con la fantástica luz natural y las fabulosas vistas del último piso. Disfrute de los amaneceres y atardeceres desde su amplio balcón frente al golfo. Cocina totalmente equipada con máquina Keurig, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, sartén eléctrica y todas las ollas y sartenes que necesita para preparar excelentes comidas y recuerdos.

El condominio incluye acceso a nuestra unidad de almacenamiento con sillas y sombrillas de playa, un dosel y un refrigerador. ¡La unidad de almacenamiento también tiene numerosos flotadores de piscina, cohetes de buceo y juguetes de arena para la playa! El condominio está equipado con toallas, ropa de cama, almohadas y mantas. Este condominio cómodo y bien actualizado brindará una increíble experiencia de vacaciones.

El complejo de Oceanside, muy bien cuidado, cuenta con una piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y espacio verde, perfecto para juegos en el jardín o para jugar. El área del patio al aire libre tiene acceso directo a la playa y una parrilla de gas para barbacoa.

Dormitorio principal = 1 cama king. El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene baño en suite, vestidor, televisión inteligente, ventilador de techo y cortinas opacas.

Dormitorio de invitados = 2 camas queen, TV de pantalla plana y ventilador de techo.

Sala de estar = Sofá cama Queen con sábanas adicionales disponibles, TV de pantalla plana y ventilador de techo.

La unidad cuenta con 3 televisores de pantalla plana, televisión por cable y WiFi gratuito y seguro. La lavadora y la secadora están convenientemente ubicadas dentro de la unidad. El edificio tiene acceso por ascensor con un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto reservado para los huéspedes de la Unidad 406 con estacionamiento adicional en el lugar.

Oceanside, construido en 2004, está ubicado directamente en la playa en el pintoresco pueblo familiar de Indian Rocks Beach. Oceanside Condos es uno de los favoritos entre los vacacionistas debido a su fantástica ubicación. Se encuentra a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes, heladerías, entretenimiento nocturno y una gran tienda CVS. Our Home Away from Home

We love this property and return to it every year. We were so relieved to see that the hurricanes left no noticeable damage unlike many other properties in the area. Andra is easy to communicate with and the condo and cabana are well stocked with everything you need.

Great trip to IRB@ Oceanside

This place has it all! It was by far the best stocked place we’ve stayed. Beds were amazingly comfy. This is our 2nd time staying at Oceanside. From the views to the pool,beach, and close proximity to restaurants and nightlife it’s a perfect place for families. We’re already planning our next trip!

Loved it!

The condo was wonderful! Everything was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Being given access to the beach locker was very nice and most useful. The covered parking was much appreciated. The location was great for restaurants, shopping, etc. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Amazing condo!

The condo, property, and beach exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything a family might need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. They have beach gear, pool toys, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, bathroom essentials, spices, and so much more. We were really impressed. It NEVER felt crowded at the beach or pool. The location of this condo is fantastic! It is located in walking distance to many local restaurants, cafes, and stores. If you want a more lively atmosphere all you need to do is hop in a car for a 15 min drive down the road to Clearwater or John’s Pass. I believe you can take a public trolly to Clearwater if you don’t have a car. We visited Honeymoon Island, Caledesi, Egmont Key, and Three Rooker Island. All were unique and definitely worth visiting! There is also a nice little wild bird sanctuary about 5 mins down the road that we really enjoyed. Make sure you swing by the Kooky Coconut for a Cuban!

WOW, What a great unit! Beautifully arranged and decorated! Very clean and housekeeping uses All free and clean detergent to laundry the towels and linens. All just smells CLEAN! For us, this is wonderful! Thank you Host , it was a great vacation.

Wonderful property and host

This is a beautiful condo in a great location and Andra was the best host I have ever dealt with. We have stayed in another unit in this same complex but changed to this one this year. What a great decision that turned out to be! This unit is not only nicer, but is also well stocked. Not just the kitchen and other items in the condo, but also the storage locker full of everything you could want for the beach and pool. This is a huge bonus when you’re flying and can’t easily bring those types of items with you. Andra was so easy to work with and we really appreciated her willingness to help us check in a bit earlier due to our flight schedule. It was nothing but a positive experience all around. We will be looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. Located within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Guest book and welcome book containing a wealth of information about the area, including restaurant menus, trolley stops and activities. Beach access within steps of the condo.

A great find on Indian Rocks Beach!

We stayed in the area two years prior so had a baseline for comparison. This unit is immaculate. Clean organized, there is almost nothing you won't need for kitchen, launch and bath. Add to that a fully stocked beach closet downstairs and this place will not disappoint. The owner, Andra, communicated instructions very well and responded to questions in a few hours. If I find myself back in the area in the future, I'm looking to see if this unit is available first.

Great Destination!

We had an amazing week at Oceanside! We loved the area because it was so quiet compared to other places we have stayed. There are restaurants within walking distance. Our teens utilized the trolley to go to John's Pass to hang with friends. The condo was beautiful, just as described. It was clean and very well stocked. It's the small things like having aluminum foil and plastic wrap available. There were spices and salt & pepper. Andra made us feel welcome from the start. We even received a message about bad weather that was rolling in and how to be prepared - so thoughtful! The beach was amazing as were the sunsets. Since the area has less visitors, the beach never felt full. We loved the heated pool & hot tub. The owner's storage was filled with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, and inflatables. Again, it's the little things that mean so much especially when flying down for vacation. Great condo; great hosts...we would definitely go there again.

Great stay

Unit is as described. It was clean and in good shape. Plenty of room for our group of four. We had stayed in a different unit here a few years back and really enjoyed the building amenties and location. Location is great as there are rstaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. We also like that its a quieter area of the beach. This was our 3rd time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and we'll probably be back.

Enjoy life at 75

We have stayed at many properties on Indian Rock and Indian Shores through the years. We have never been disappointed with our accommodations. This one is no exception. It was very nice, clean, well furnished with all little things you might need. Great view of beach from the balcony. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We would consider staying again for sure.
