All good

Exactly what you expect - It ain’t the Vinoy, but it’s a decent, quiet, inexpensive place to stay for a couple days with no surprises and no disappointments.

Such an adorable studio! Bright, clean, and well stocked with everything. My sister and I stayed here for a weekend workshop. The kitchen, the island, the living area, the bed, and the bathroom all laid out in a simple and easy setup. It has a shared garden area that is peaceful and quiet. It's just a few blocks from the park. And only about a 10 or 15 minute walk into the heart of the University area with all the restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is not 'upscale' but we felt safe and comfortable. It was just perfect.Highly recommended.
