Everyone in our group were very happy with this place. Layout and amenities were perfect and location near center of Dunedin couldn't be beat. Walk to restaurant, brewerys, shops and coffee shop but still easy to slip out to beaches and entertainment. Ten stars if I could.

Best Stay Ever

This cute apartment was so clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed for the beach! The gate in back was nice for letting the dogs out without worrying about leashes. Cutest community and friendly!

Perfect stay in a cozy cottage close to Everything

This property was awesome. Myself, husband, and adult son stayed in the cozy two bedroom cottage for two nights in our drive from south florida to Georgia. I had already been to the Dunedin area once before and was eager to show the area to my family. The cottage was perfectly suited for us to visit the area and take in some of the local sites. My communications with the owner were always prompt and reliable. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze and the property, both inside and outside, was just as described- cozy, clean, and convenient . My husband and I commented that the bed we slept in was one of the nicest most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. All in all, I give our stay 5 stars and we would undoubtedly stay here again in any of our future florida ventures.

Amazing

What a find!

This thoroughly equipped, beautifully decorated rental is within walking distance to downtown Dunedin and only minutes away from Gulf beaches. Our international visitors were blown away by all of the little touches Jen and Jason provided. Like us, they said they would make the trek to stay there again!

Very clean and quiet stay.

This property is perfect for a small family. Very clean and perfectly equipped. I would be happy staying here again. Dunedin is much nicer than Clearwater and Tampa. Lots of restaurants, breweries in walking distance. Major shopping is a short drive. We are the type of vacationers who eat and sleep in the rental house, then off to adventures via car. We enjoyed Dunedin restaurants and ice cream in the evenings, Kai Lani catamaran sunset cruise in Clearwater, beach time at Indian Rocks and Honeymoon Island, and swimming with manatees in Crystal River (90 min drive).

The perfect location!

This is such a lovely property with incredible hosts. It’s a great jumping off point to enjoy all of Tampa/Clearwater/St Pete. The downtown is quaint and extremely walkable. 15 mins and you are on one of the best beaches in the country. The place had all the amenities you would need for a beach vacation! It was clean, had great appliances, and a new washer and dryer. Definitely a place I will return to if I’m in the area.

Perfect Get Away!

This was our first time staying at this home in Dunedin, but our 3rd visit to this wonderful town. Everything was great! The home was just what we expected and we had a wonderful time. The house was set up perfectly and we had everything we needed. Great hosts! We will be back!

Downtown Dunedin Gem!!

We had a great time staying in Dunedin - and Barefoot Parrot 2 was the perfect cottage to stay in. The house is in the best location. You arrive and then are able to walk everywhere. Right downtown within 1-2 blocks of all of the great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house itself is super cute, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Furnishings are well chosen, with a modern/coastal vibe. We loved it. The hosts were super responsive. Check in was easy, as was check out. FIVE Stars all around! Shhhh - keep Dunedin a secret. What a great town. Thanks Jen!!

Perfect Dunedin getaway

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Barefoot Parrot. I didn’t know anything about Dunedin and just picked a place. Boy, did I get lucky! The fun of Downtown Dunedin was literally just steps away. The property was incredibly well-appointed. Jen has thought of everything! King beds were comfy, towels were plush and cozy, kitchen sparkling clean. We’ll definitely book again.

Lovely accommodations in Dunedin

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dunedin and this lovely home was perfect. The close proximity to Dunedin’s adorable downtown area is very convenient. The home is well maintained, well stocked and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The dog-friendly accommodations was a huge plus for us as well.

Location, location, location! A beautiful property within walking distance to all our favorite Dunedin places! Small mix up with check-in, but owners quickly fixed it to our satisfaction. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect

The house is super cute, looks freshly renovated, and has everything you need. Comfortable beds and lots of towels and linens. Only one bathroom but that wasn't a problem for us at all. The location can't be beat, it is super close to everything but a very quiet street. The best breakfast place is just one street over and lots of great restaurants within a close walking distance. Also, if you have an electric car, there is one supercharger that is just two blocks away and four slow chargers one street away. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. Very responsive to everything. Will definitely be back!!!
