Joyce's Beach Place es un edificio de tres pisos con solo 3 encantadoras suites frente al mar muy espaciosas en el fabuloso Gulf Boulevard en Indian Shores, Florida. Gulf Boulevard atraviesa el centro de la estrecha franja de tierra que está flanqueada por el Golfo de México en el oeste y el Canal Intracostero en el este. Good stay. Only drawback was the pool which was supposed to be heated was not and it was not working. Felt bad for the kids staying there, since the Gulf water was way too cold and so was the pool.

Super location! We came to relax, and this apartment on the beach was everything we needed. Everything was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The pool temperature was perfect. Refrigerator door dispenses ice, the A/C worked great, sitting on the balcony is covered in case of rain. It was great taking chairs to the beach to relax by the shore and collect shells. The location is handy to restaurants. Just 17 minutes to John's Pass Boardwalk. 40 minutes to TPA airport. Highly recommend!

Amazing View!

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing get away. It was my mother & I & we enjoyed the balcony view of the Gulf every day & night. Centrally located& perfect for us! We’re going back again in September!

what a view!

This place had an extraordinary view and location. The beach here is practically deserted relative to other nearby areas. And its beautiful - what a sunset! The place was great - sure, its a bit outdated but not at all the way some mildly negative reviewers described it. We can NOT wait to visit again next Spring. Roomy and everything we needed for a perfect holiday!

Condo not great/location was perfect

We read all the reviews before booking, and I would say they are pretty accurate. The location and views were amazing. Pool was clean and heated. The unit however was not great. The unit was dated which we weren’t really concerned about however it was not very clean. We had a cockroach problem which we messaged them about and no one ever came. We ended up having to treat for bugs ourselves. The furniture and bedding were not clean and had an odor to them. The showers are cracking and had lots of black mold. This unit could be soo great but I’m sorry I just can’t recommend.

Perfect View

Very cute little 2bd 2bth place. Was a little snug but it was perfect for my family of 4. The view was breathtaking off the balcony and for being a 3plex it was quite private. The beach was steps from the patio. The pool area was nice and well kept. Lots of pool and beach items to use to include chairs, boards and umbrellas. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table as well. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Ok

I rented this place because of the pool. It was always dirty. Bathroom showers have black mold everywhere. It was storming off and on yesterday so just went to our house in largo until they passed. The rest of the house was ok. I’ve rented other condos just down the street and they were way nicer for about the same price.

Everything was great… but I have to be honest

Everything was great but I have to be honest. The space has a ton of cockroaches. It was in every room and I wouldn’t feel right giving it a 5 star with this many “critters”

Wonderful spot, ok place

We stayed in apartment three, which is two bedrooms, and the smallest of the three condos in the building. While it was very clean, the bathroom, grout and edges are stained from mold. Refrigerator door is rusty but the refrigerator works fine. Overall, it is a nice place, but somewhat worn. We enjoyed our brief stay here. With a little work, it could be a wonderful spot

Neighbors from Hell!

^The location is nice but having a top floor with Hillbillies drinking and smoking pot was ridiculous. They were rude and obnoxious thank God they left Friday only to have a couple with TRIPLITS move in. All 8 years old running and jumping around till 1:30 am. Never renting another place with a top floor above me.

For the most part the house was fine. I say fine due to a few issues.. The tenants in Unit 3 were quite LOUD when walking ALL NIGHT LONG. I did ask them to be more respectful and also notified management. I do feel management should have contacted the renters but that was not done as both unit 2 and our unit were having the same issues. Thankfully they checked out and we had ONE night we could sleep through. The mattresses are in need of replacing. The floors could use a good STEAM cleaning! Also the main bathroom shower needs a STEAM CLEANING. The light fixture in the second bedroom was broken as was the left closet door. The were no hand towels for the kitchen to dry dishes with, minor issue but you asked. We were not left a check out list, or i missed it in an email.

Getaway

The location was amazing but the property was very dated and things were broken. You could clearly hear the other guests above you walking, the pipes and water running as well as the neighbour's air conditioning. The property needs some major updating.

Location - BEAUTIFUL

Location was Stunning, Loved sitting on the patio in evening. LOVED immediate beach access. Pool was GREAT for when we were done at the beach. The actual Room itself was just ok. There is mold in the master bath shower, and needs some bleach. The mattresses need to be replaced. Otherwise, I would stay here year after year. Its is a very nice place.

Beach stay at Joyce's Place

We were extremely happy with our stay. Pool was nice, short walk to beach. Beach was not crowded very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely would stay again in the future.
