Nuestras suites Penthouse de tres dormitorios y tres baños frente al golfo (1250+ pies cuadrados) en Provident Oceana Beachfront Suites están equipadas con una cama king en el dormitorio principal con baño principal, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio con baño, cama queen en El tercer dormitorio y un baño de visitas. Una combinación de sala de estar / comedor y una cocina de tamaño completo con todos los electrodomésticos principales, vajillas, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina, además de una lavadora y secadora apiladas en la suite. We rented the penthouse with the intention to host a family gathering. The initial check-in process proceeded smoothly, thanks in no small part to Brigetta's assistance. However, upon arrival at our designated parking location, it was discovered that our space was already occupied, despite the policy of one parking spot per unit. After sharing my intentions to have the car with anyone who listened, a group of adults came down and moved it to another spot.Upon entering the penthouse, it was immediately apparent that unauthorized persons had been using it for a gathering; the premises were in a state of considerable disarray, with wet towels strewn about and surfaces cluttered with food, alcohol, and trash. The intruders appeared startled by our arrival, with one individual offering to clean the unit immediately as they vacated the premises. Shocked, we headed back to the office and demanded a refund. Subsequently, at 8:30 PM, we found ourselves without accommodation and were compelled to seek temporary lodging at a nearby hotel, with the anticipation of securing alternative accommodations the following morning. Unfortunately, efforts to book another property were hindered by VRBO's system still listing us as occupants of the initial unit, despite repeated requests for its removal from my profile, thus precluding the possibility of making an alternative reservation. At that point, all I could do is laugh and vow never to rent again.

The views were amazing. Easy access to the beach and pool(s). The dedicated covered parking was nice. It was close to shops and restaurants. Check out was easy.

Property was as advertised. These condo units are on both sides of the road, Gulf and Inland waterway. There are pools at both (morning sun on the inland side and afternoon sun on the Gulf). Condo was everything we could have asked for, we had 6 people and it worked out great.

My two friends and I had a really nice time here. The balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets. It was a quick walk to the beach and super easy to get a chair/umbrella set up for us. The fact that this place was also dog friendly was a plus for my 6 pound little dog. Only 1 or 2 restaurants were close enough to walk to, but the rests were a quick drive. If you plan to cook you may need to keep it simple as there were only the basics. We planned to go out so not an issue for us. We would totally stay here again.

The condo is very spacious - having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms is so hard to find in this area! The balcony and views are just awesome. We had a few requests about the cleaning when we checked in and these were immediately resolved - Mandy did a great job in following up. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk the area - from the beautiful beach to fun bars and restaurants.

This is a wonderful unit - right on the gulf. The views from the outdoor balcony were wonderful and the unit is just a moment from the beach. Wonderous white sand and gentle water. Unit was perfect for us - 3 bed/3 bath. We are so happy that we selected this option for our trip.

Tiny Coffee maker was a joke, so we bought our own 12 cup maker. Otherwise a good stay, beautiful/huge balcony with good enough amenities. We wanted to rebook in 2024, but the price jumped 100%. No thanks, especially because it could have been cleaner and had working AC for the entire stay. Also, it was never made clear to use which unit we were getting, although we were pleased to get the penthouse. If you look at the online pictures, there are numerous different units pictured for the same 3 bedroom unit I booked.

Loved the location, beach and pool. The condo could use a little refresh on paint and new shower curtains. The wrap around balcony was amazing and we loved the rooftop for dinner and drinks. The beach was so clean and beautiful. I would come back here again for sure and recommend to family and friends.

The place was spacious and clean. Great balcony views and very short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was not ideal, and some basic cleaning supplies, such as laundry and dishwasher detergents, were absent. Given the prime location on the beach, there were no beach towels/chairs available. Thankfully, we were able to rent chairs while at the beach. Overall, this was a satisfactory stay, but the value charged made me to expect an “above and beyond” experience.

Property owner/manager has been great to communicate with and the front desk staff was very friendly. The unit offered beautiful views of the gulf, however it was very unclean. The white walls were extremely dingy all over the unit, the baseboards and floors had not been thoroughly cleaned, carpets were not vacuumed, the tile was minimally swept, and some of the furniture was tattered and pretty worn. Overall did not feel it was worth the price per night.

Wonderful 3 bed 3 bath, perfect for families and friends to gather. Plenty of room for large groups. Beautiful gulf view from the balcony and just a quick walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, could use a few more items like scrub pads and non stick pans. Highly recommend! 15 min walk to restaurants and groceries.
