Great Stay!We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Seminole/Clearwater area. We especially liked the enclosed lanai which keep our one year old away from the pool but could still enjoy the outside. The property was clean and the communication with our hosts, Mark and Grace was the best!Very relaxing and pool and yard were fun. Close to groceries, restaurants etc..

The house was in the perfect location for us. Short drive for beach days and quiet neighborhood for pool days. Ample amount of beach equipment. Walking distance to a grocery store was definitely a bonus. Pool was clean, lots of toys for kids which was perfect for us. Kept the little one busy. Rooms were a good size, everyone had their own downtime space with TVs in each room. Kitchen was beautiful and perfect for sitting around and chatting while cooking. The owner of the property was easily accessible and super accommodating. Highly recommend.

The pool was nice, being heated was a bonus, lots of games and amenities for the entire family. Communication was excellent and the house was very nice. Our family loved the location being central to lots of cities to visit and explore plus grocery store was less than 5 minutes away. Our family would highly recommend this property!

The communication from Mark was great, He kept us informed every step of the way. The house and pool were fantastic for our group of 3 couples and 2 children. The house is on a quiet dead end street. They have thought out everything you could possibly need and have it there! Publix is a 5 minute walk to pick up groceries. The beach is a 10 minute drive and lots to do within 30 minutes. We went to a great restaurant a mile away called Clear Sky on Park- I would recommend that too.

11 / 10 - Perfect vacation We would rate our stay an 11 out of 10 if we could! The house was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were great. We had a late arrival so they left some lights on so we didn’t have to enter a dark house. They checked in the next day to see if there was anything we needed. Due to our late arrival they offered us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. The location is just minutes from the beaches and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house had everything that we needed, beach chairs, coolers, ice machine, etc. The pool was awesome and a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beer. We would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO exceeded our expectations! There were 8 adults and it was perfect. The pool and outside area were great after a long day. Everything was decorated and designed so beautiful and modern, and the beds were super comfy! I would definitely stay here again and forwarded information to family for them to stay in the future. The owners couldn’t have been more pleasant and were always responsive. This exceeds 5 stars!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Everything was truly perfect—it’s clear the owners have thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more!) (2 refrigerators & and extra ice machine in the garage) The open floor plan was ideal for our family, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.The location is fantastic—just a short drive to the beach and conveniently close to grocery stores. The outdoor pool was a highlight for us—clean, private, and the perfect spot to unwind- the outdoor sunroom even has ceiling fans- I’m telling you, they have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect. They even provided tons of pool toys and beach accessories, which made our stay even more fun and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The house was perfect for my 50th birthday party. The layout of the house was perfect, and the kitchen was a great for gathering and hanging out. The backyard and swimming pool is private and quiet. The location is perfect with the grocery store and restaurants literally within walking distance. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Family Vacation

This house is amazing! It was plenty of room for my family of 6 (four adults and two kids). The house is open, the pool is relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet and minutes from shopping, restaurants and beaches. The modern upgrades to the house is the perfect touch for such a beautiful property. We can’t wait to stay in this house again really soon!

Great Place!

Everything was super clean and organized. There were even extras provided at the house which was great! The pool was awesome and my kids had a ton of fun. Our hosts even texted us to make sure we got in okay. We will definitely be using these hosts again in the future!

Great family getaway

Was a great place for our family of five to spend thanksgiving together. Very clean and beautiful finishes, loved the huge island in the kitchen! My 8 year old would have lived in the pool if possible, it stayed very warm despite the cooler evenings.
