Beautiful beach front view, super cute, comfy condo…clean, close to so many activities and food places. Had everything we needed & then some! Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony every night. Perfection!

What an ideal stay for a family of 4 ! The host was very responsive with all my questions. The place is very very clean and well stocked. I honestly don’t think you can beat the value for something with an ocean view. We would definitely come back again !

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vistas with our family of five. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Direct beach access and amazing balcony views were a plus.

This was not only a great place to stay, but the location was perfect. Not only an easy quick walk to the beach, but the Treasure Island location made it easy to get anywhere. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views each day. Thank you so much for making our vacation so wonderful.

This VRBO was excellent. Kathy the manager was very attentive and answered any questions you needed. The place was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. She even provided extra items for the beach which was extremely helpful. The extra little snacks was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the amentities within the area were great. (Pool, Cafe onsite, Sunset Bar, etc.) Definitely a must stay!!!

We would highly recommend this rental property. It sits right on the beach, with two pools and all the amenities we needed nearby for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the spectacular sunsets from our balcony each evening and the diversity of places to dine out. The host was very responsive and accommodating both with the booking process and during our stay.We would definitely book again in the future.

The property is in an excellent location. Very clean and provided all of the things you might need for a quick beach trip. I had a problem with the smaller bedroom tv not connecting to the internet. This prevented me from being able to watch tv at night in that bedroom but since we spent most of our time out and about it wasn’t a major issue. Definitely a great place to stay.

Amazing guest & host

Great location. I come here a few times a year just for R&R stayed in other unites but this one was great! Would recommend definitely stay here again.

What a perfect beachfront condo. It was spotless, comfortable, well stocked with cooking annd eating utensils, and had excellent towels. The only thing better was the great communication by Kathy. It was a terrific, clean beach, vacation spot on Treasure Island, which included a covered parking spot right by the elevator. The Publix grocery store was a short drive away. We enjoyed our 4 nights immensely.

This is our second visit to this unit and we absolutely love it! The host is SO AMAZING! She is always available to help and offers great recommendations for things to do. You can tell she really enjoys hosting people and puts a very homey/personal touch into the unit.The condo is beautiful and very clean! It has everything you would need on it. The pool is amazing! The views of the beach and sunset are exquisite. We were even able to see some dolphins from our balcony. The beds are super comfortable. I am so happy we were lucky enough to stay here two times and are already planning g our next stay in this unit!

The property was everything that was stated. There was an awesome beachfront view. The property was very clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for family vacation

We had a wonderful time here this week. Plenty of space, clean unit and owner was available for the questions we had. The are has lots of restaurants within walking distance. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach.

Amazing View

The unit was perfect for our needs and the location was excellent. View of the ocean couldn’t have been better. The owner was excellent to deal with and had all the necessary items and more to make our stay wonderful.
