Beautiful condo! The owners really paid attention to the fine details and had everything we needed. The view is perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. Easy walk to the beach and has a great pool. We will definitely be back!

This condo unit was exactly as shown online. The proximity of the beach, the view of the water and the cleanliness was perfect. Everything listed in the unit was there. The mattresses were great and the unit tastefully decorated with minimal clutter, which I appreciated.

I stayed here with my 2 besties for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Great communication from Eva. The condo was spotless and beautiful. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach and to Johns Pass down the street which is a cute costal town with lots of shops and restaurants on the water. We didn't have a vehicle, we walked or used and Uber....it worked out great.It was a great space and we would definitely stay there again. The only thing was sometimes the street traffic was loud when we were on the balcony. But it was also good people watching, so it wasn't a huge issue. We would definitely recommend!!!!!

First of all, the place is immaculate! The condo is decorated very modern and attention to small details was very much appreciated.I took one star off because I felt deceived thinking you could see the sunsets from the balcony. If that is a big priority like it was for me, don't say there during the summer months. Stay somewhere across the street on the beach. Also, you cannot stay 1-minute past 10 am on checkout day.It's gorgeous, but overpriced.

Perfect View

Beautiful experience staying at your 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on top floor overlooking breathtaking ocean views as well as the pool. Space was decorated top notch and space was clean with all the amenities you need. Felt like a home away from home! My favorite part was drinking wine while sitting outside. Thanks for the experience. We can’t wait to visit again.

I loved our room! Eva was so sweet and made the check in process very easy. The place had everything you needed which was very convenient. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset as well as perfect view to the beach.

This unit was so nice! The decor was beautiful and the location is very convenient! We absolutely loved everything about it, 0 complaints! The owner is very nice and checked in with us once we checked in. I could tell they put a lot of love and detail into every piece of the unit as it is well maintained. I can’t recommend it enough! We saved this unit for future use!

Very nice place to stay!!

We had a nice place to stay. It was a beautiful view. The beach was not a very far walk, across the sreet and down the block, to the path to beach. Lots of schell to look far on the beach.

Perfect stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacay spot! At first when we got there, the cleanliness of the place was awesome! So nice to come in & not have to clean to stay there. The owners are awesome, esp Eva, for the communication! Couldn’t have asked for better communication. All the things you want during your stay are here! The plus, the beach items that are on site that you don’t have to bring with you! The perfect place to watch a sunset! We will definitely stay there again if back in Treasure Island.

Treasure Island is my happy place!

Condo was recently updated and the decor and furniture perfect for our stay! Beds were great! Large balcony had perfect view of ocean even though we were across the street! Sunsets were amazing with our coffee in the morning! Covered garage was nice for our rental! All the beach supplies you could ever want! I left 2 water hammocks to add to their collection- perfect for floating on the ocean. Close to restaurants and ice cream shops! We walked to John’s Pass! Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend! Owners are local and have 5 star customer service if you need anything!

Treasure Island delight

The property and owner support was excellent. A great place to stay. I felt it is a bit overpriced about like everywhere else we stayed on this vacation. Beyond owner control were the red tide air issues etc. the noisy road between condo and beach made sitting on the patio conversation difficult. Pool was very nice and protected. I still would stay there again if back.

Great all the way around!

Amazing balcony sunsets! Great location with a short walk to the beach and quick access to the walking path along the beach. Easy walk to lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream places, etc. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps for our February trip when the high temps were in the 70's each day. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed from a full kitchen with utensils to a beach cart with four chairs! We will definitely stay here again!
