Como uno de los edificios de condominios más nuevos y modernos en Treasure Island, Las Palmas de Treasure Island Resort ofrece una ubicación perfecta, vistas fabulosas, una piscina climatizada frente al mar durante todo el año y bañera de hidromasaje, un montón de aparcamiento ya sólo unos pasos al otro lado de la mejor tramo de arena de la isla. Situado en el corazón de la isla del tesoro, que está a corta distancia de restaurantes, entretenimiento, tiendas de comestibles, tiendas, actividades, y sólo momentos de Johns Pass Village en la playa de la carretilla.

Cuando necesite un descanso de las playas galardonadas y la cálida del Golfo, suave de las aguas de México, se puede disfrutar de la privacidad de su balcón o descansar en la tranquila zona de la piscina frente al mar. La vista del agua desde el balcón es un lugar maravilloso para despertar, y una ubicación perfecta para tomar un cóctel o una comida.

Hay un montón de espacio en este tres dormitorio privado, dos condominios de baño, con una superficie cómoda sala de estar grande y una cocina totalmente equipada. Totalmente amueblado y listo para su estancia con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal con cuarto de baño completo, una cama king size en el segundo dormitorio y dos camas de tamaño doble en el tercer dormitorio. El segundo baño está situado justo al lado de la zona principal, y tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo. Para las necesidades adicionales para dormir, hay un sofá cama de matrimonio cómodo en la sala de estar.

We had a wonderful time at The Palms on Treasure Island. Beautiful and spacious condo right across from the beach. Gorgeous balcony to watch the sunsets from. Our hosts were super nice and attentive if we needed anything. It was just perfect! Absolutely recommend!

Nice place but i lost my phone and had no way to get in the building. Tried knocking where the desk was but noone attends it. Separate codes for doors and rooms all emailed to you.

Beautiful location with the beach on one side and bay on the other. Pool overlooks the bay which is beautiful! Unit was exactly what was described and was the most well stocked unit I have ever rented. Usually the kitchen is sparse but this had everything I needed! The balcony is large and has lots of seating so we could all sit out and watch the sunset. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there againl.

Excellent view of the Gulf, sunset view from the patio was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped condo. Street noise and elevator noise were the only downsides. Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, John’s Pass, and with Publix right next door, you’ll never want for anything. Plenty of parking, pool was nice but on the small side.

The master bedroom wall abuts the elevator shaft so it was quite a wake-up call when the first person called for the elevator in the morning even though we sleep with a loud white noise machine. I was pleased to find a 3B/3B as we were in town for a wedding and needed the space to get ready for the events.

- towels are Motel 6 quality- door to unit catches on top with the closing mechanism- door to bathroom in deck side bedroom is crushed on the inside and the door handle inside the bathroom comes off- door seem for the elevator side bedroom is cracked making the door difficult to close - blue chair which I placed near the bar has a blue stain on top of it.- I have pictures if requested.

We had a great time staying over TG 2024. Treasure Island was still dealing the the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton, but our stay at The Palms was impeccable. The elevator was working and the unit was great. Views of the ocean were amazing and everything was great to house our family of 7.

Across from the beach, next door to a grocery and many restaurants makes this an ideal location. The space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gave us plenty of room to spread out as well as hang around together. We used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved being surrounded by water on all sides!! The sunrises were incredible! The beach was steps away and amazing! Having Publix next store was fabulous! Without a doubt, we would stay here again and have recommended it to family and friends!!

The property was in a great location with a beautiful pool area on the bay side where wed see dolphins every morning and occasionally parrots. The publix right next door was super convenient and the parking lot straight across from the building was great starting location where boardwalk started

This was our second stay we also stayed in April 2022. Right next to Publix grocery and very short walk to public beach access. Treasure Island beach is known for its laid back and relaxing atmosphere. There is a Surf Style and several eating areas just a block or so way from condo. Hreay place to stay with family. Also the pool is in the shade in the later afternoon so you can enjoy hottub and swimming out of the sun. We also seen dolphin activity in the early evening form poolside. I have been to this Florida location many times and have stayed many different condos and hotels. This is officially my new favorite location to stay!

Noisy elevator that can be heard from one of the main bedrooms every time it goes up and down. Minor repairs like damage on doors and walls have not been repaired. Black mold or soap scum in the showers that was only sealed over.

We stayed here for 3 nights due to being in town for a wedding. We had a beach view that was beautiful & the balcony had ample furniture. The kitchen is VERY narrow, to where the dish washer can’t even open all the way because it literally hits the refrigerator. However, the condo building is right next to Publix market, so it’s very easy to grab groceries for your stay. Additionally, it’s right across the street from the Treasure Island beach access. Thus, the location is great! Two of the rooms had king size beds with en-suite bathrooms. One of two negatives was that the floor didn’t seem very clean in the condo unit. Briefly after we arrived, I had to vacuum because I could feel stuff on my feet. The second negative was that the hallway to the elevator & the elevator itself are not air conditioned & they’re extremely humid/hot. The elevator is also very slow. The property management company was also pretty quick to respond. Despite those few things, we would stay here again.
