Great Place

Unbelievable spot right on the beach. The decor was a little dated and run down but the place was clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beach Trip

Second time staying at Island Inn because of the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The rooms are a bit dated and bathrooms can use an update. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the stay.

The property is located in the heart of Central treasure Island close to John’s Pass but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of all the busy action. We’re still close to many many places to have a lot of fun. Room was exactly as we expected accommodated our family perfectly the beach was beautiful the tiki bar was fun in the pool was very nice

Short & Sweet

A friend of mine and I wanted to get away at the last minute for a few days and that’s can be kind of tricky. This spot was perfect. The decor was very dated but besides the spots on the furniture the place was clean

Couldn’t ask for better!

We loved this condo and would definitely recommend it! Very spacious and had so much area for a relaxing stay! The view was stunning and the building the condo is in was very nice as well! A pool and a small tiki bar for drinks was the cherry on top! Communication is top notch! Wish we would have booked for longer because we truly didn’t want to leave!

Not another try

itrip was always helpful but thought you should know unit we stayed in had a musty smell every time the air conditioner came on & also mold on the side of the large dresser in the bedroom. The smell in that unit made us stay out of it as much as possible. Booked directly with the Inn last year but decided to try again because it does have a great view of the gulf. I think next year we will try another hotel that is taken better care of, sorry to say.

Rooms were clean and pleasant to be in. Loved the 2 bedrooms and balcony. It was spacious and well kept. The view was beautiful especially the sunset. The staff was always there if I needed them. Pool was inviting as was the gulf. I highly recommend this unit.

Great beach access, pool and bar

The beach access directly behind the condo were wonderful and so convenient. The heated pool and tiki bar were great and complemented the beach well. The condo needed some decor updates but was functional. There was construction going on in the lobby - hopefully once complete it will be much enhanced.

Fantastic time even with the construction

We had a great vacation even with the construction. The beds were fantastic.! I wish I would’ve known it was under construction because we had to go get our car detailed after we left because of all the overspray from sanding and painting. It appeared the construction is almost done, so I would highly recommend staying there. We definitely would book again It would have been five stars without the construction.

Property manager very responsive

The room is adequate and beds are comfortable. We had a few small issues and the property manager could not have been quicker to respond and fix every issue. I would rent this unit again. I frequent the Island Inn. The pool is nice, closest walk to the water in TI and we enjoy the Island Girl Tiki bar.

TI vacation

Liked the view from the balcony. Close enough to walk to where ever we wanted to go on this trip. Furniture was usable not too comfortable. Communication with owners was very prompt. We intend to book again sometime in the future.

Great place

It was a great location with a great view and close to the beach. The condo was dated and had a musty smell. The bed was comfortable but the recliner had coils pushing up. It needed a pillow on the seat to sit on it. Pool and tiki bar were excellent. Great fun staff! We would stay there again but updates are definitely needed to the condo.

Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Nicely decorated. 2 balconies and right on the beach. Very clean. We will likely go back. Pool was great! Only thing and it's not huge is we couldn't get TV channels we like when we were in the night. There were a good amount tho. We loved it ♥️♥️♥️

Girls Getaway

Great location, clean (front door could use a scrubbing/paint job), and quiet. The fridge temperature is off - it froze some food drink in the back of fridge and warmer in the door front. Otherwise overall happy with the property.

Great beach view

Overall it was great. Spacious and comfortable. Good beds. Two baths was a plus. Assuming you want suggestions to make it better, I will say I was surprised there was no oven of any kind, and the complimentary coffee supplied was enough to make only ONE CUP--not one pot, one cup. The recliner was sprung and poked you if you sat on it.

Great location and 2 great decks! Tiki Bar was fun and great heated pool. Condo was clean but kitchen microwave, toaster and coffee pot were not working well. No oven. Skillets in bad shape. Couch and chair were uncomfortable. ITrip was great to work with and overall it’s all about location and it was outstanding.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our time at the beach! The view from the balconies is beautiful. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. On the day that it was too windy to be on the beach, we had fun in the pool area. The tiki bar is a nice addition! The condo is outdated and the recliner is very uncomfortable (springs sticking up). Also, the pull-out bed was not comfortable at all. I'm not usually picky with pull-outs, but even I could not lay on it. The couch was comfortable, though! The location, amenities, and view made up for the outdated condo. WE would definitely stay here again!
