We booked a room in Treasure Island at the very last minute after a disappointing stay in Fort Myers, and walking into this place felt like striking gold. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and the view was absolutely stunning. The location couldn’t have been better, we loved the area so much that we never even got back in our car the entire stay. It was relaxing, convenient, and genuinely one of the best surprises we’ve had while traveling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.

The condo was very clean and had everything I needed. Due to the ice storm my flight home was delayed by a day. They were accomodating and allowed me another day. The view is wonderful and the lication is close to all things Treasure Island. I appreciated the list of local eateries and would add Lusa's to the list Sea Dog was fantastic too. The bedroom was roomy and the washer /dryer helped me greatly. I plan to visit South Beach 404 again Highly recommend!

Laid back/Relaxing/Enjoyable

The property, management and beach were very nice. We had everything we needed for the beach except a small cooler would have been nice. Boardwalk behind property is nice. Complimentary bag, coozies and 2 single coffees was very nice. It would have been nice having a little more coffee. Good idea have shampoo, cream rinse, body and hand soap dispensers available. Thankyou to Management for allowing us to use property until time to go airport, even offered beach towels. Normally do not go to the same place if traveling somewhere more than once but I would definately consider or recommend it but thought the fees on top of stay were a little high. Lobby area could be updated a little. Thank you for letting us use your home away from home!Tammy and Tom from Omaha NE

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and 18 year old daughter and I wanted to try out this area, and I was happy to find something waterfront within my budget. Our stay was fabulous and everyone involved in the property management was friendly and professional. Our room was just as listed, and we enjoyed the space (especially the balcony) immensely. We definitely hope to come back!

Great place in Treasure Island!

We loved our stay here. The pictures of the place were very accurate. This is truly a beach front property and not one of those fakes ones where you can technically see the beach through a bunch of other properties. There is a short walk from the place to the beach but it isn’t far, again the pics show you all of this. The boardwalk right off the property takes you to anywhere you want to go in the area and there are lots of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The place was clean and we could not hear noises from anyone around us. The only tiny complaint I have is that the place isn’t as stocked on kitchen items compared to other rentals we have been in. As an example, there weren’t any plastic cups or items you could take to the pool. Again this is minor and you can buy anything you need. Speaking of the pool, it was a nice area and was always kept clean. We would definitely stay at this rental again or any other in the same building.

Perfect place for a get away

Very nice and quiet location with the exception of the construction on one end (and the South Beach website does warn you about this). The pool was clean and Karen at the desk was ALWAYS very helpful. It was perfect for the two of us.

Great times in Treasure Island!

Great condo in perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in this great little condo. We love Treasure Island and this property is well maintained and convenient to a lot of places and things to do. Loved breakfast and evenings on the balcony. Karen at front desk is super nice and helpful. Appreciated the ability to access lock box for late night check in. Will definitely be back! Pros: Hop on the boardwalk and walk to lots of bars and restaurants Great views from the balcony Super clean and well appointed Full size washer and dryer Nice pool Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and beach towels provided Beautiful grounds Easy chair and umbrella rental on beach in front of hotel (bring cash) On site parking Cons: A bit of a hike to the actual ocean (beach is super wide) pack what you need the first trip Mattress is not super comfortable, may be time to replace or flip it Sheets not very soft, may bring our own next time Door opens onto exterior walkway, some road noise but not too bad

We stayed at South Beach Condo from April 28 to May 12, 2023. We were completely satisfied. The staff, the condo, the amenities were as described when we booked. We will be rebooking again for another vacation. Wonderful experience!

Great Location

This condo is in a great location, beachfront in Treasure Island. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable, and the washer/dryer in the unit was convenient. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and the walking path in front was great. We had a great stay.

Great Family Get-Away just a Walk from the Beach

This was the perfect size for a spouse and infant under 2. The balcony not only let us have great sunrise and sunset views, but was safe for an infant to be crawling around enjoying the outdoors here as well (supervised, of course!). I'm. happy the kitchen had sharp enough knives for cutting our veggies and fruit and storage containers for leftovers. Hangers in the closet and drawer space was sufficient for all our clothing (including baby diapers). I'd recommend checking the remotes for battery corrosion (the DVD one clearly hasn't been used or checked-haha). Overall, comfortable, location was great and worked great for our little family. We would stay here again.
