Brittany was easy to work with the condo had everything you needed for your stay. Beautiful decorated. Only thing was pool area is not large enough to accommodate alot of people. Which this is not her fault at all.

Everything Was Excellent Until . . .

. . . it was time to go to the bedrooms to sleep. The only bedroom with nice cool air blowing from the air condition is the Master Bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms unless you leave the doors completely open are very hot, no air conditioning blowing at all. We checked the vents and they were opened, there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom but that does not substitute air condition especially when on vacation!!

Great spot by the sea

There was a little hiccup when we checked in but that was sorted out by giving the managing agent a quick phone call. The apartment was great, has everything a family might need, from a stroller, to beach toys, umbrella and wagon. It’s steps to a quiet relaxing beach with plenty of space for little ones to run around. We had a great time!

Beach Cottage 1

The condo, beach access, pool and hot tub area are absolutely beautiful. There are 2 gas grills and a blackstone overlooking the ocean if you like to cook outside. The parking was so easy, one spot in the garage and plenty of open guest spots. Close to shopping. The bird sanctuary was a nice sight out our balcony. The owner responded promptly and was very helpful. I would recommend renting from Brittany highly.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! All we wanted was to be close to the beach and have all the comforts of home. This place checked all the boxes. The beach equipment was wonderful especially the wagon and cooler. The short walk through the parking garage was perfect and the beach was not crowded. We were able to cook breakfast everyday in the fully stocked kitchen. A few more bath towels would have been nice. We are already planning a return trip!

Couples getaway

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean and lovely. The only problems we had were the front two bedrooms were hot at night while the master sweet was very cool, even after shutting most of the vents in the master. The balcony was nice but didn’t smell the best because of the bird sanctuary next door. Having said all of that, the beaches were beautiful and we would stay there again!

Great stay

The property was great. Condo had a lot of extras we were not expecting. Clean, everything worked great. Instructions were great, even though we still got lost in the parking garage. :) you warned us. Definitely recommend. Clost to Clearwater and Johns Pass for nightlife and things to do. Clearwater sunset was amazing. Thank you!

Indian Shores- Beach Cottage I

We had a wonderful stay! Brittany was very responsive and made sure we had all the necessary info we needed before we arrived. The home was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The 3 bedrooms are not on top of each other so plenty of space for everyone. We had easy beach access, as well as a couple restaurants within walking distance. Brittany provided us information on many different eating establishments. Overall… We had a great stay, and would come back!

Spring Vacation

As advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was very quick to respond to all questions. The Sanctuary next door is a definite bonus, and there was a playground for younger children just a short walk away. We loved the free Botanical Gardens and the unusual playground on their property. If you have children, this place was great. We hope to stay here again.

Beach Getaway

The condo was clean,updated and had everything that we could want or need in the condo and also on the beach.The beds we’re comfortable and the decor was beachy and refreshing.The location was great on the beach with great restaurants near by and grills by the pool if you wanted to stay and enjoy the sunset while eating dinner. The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions.Parking was covered and conveniently close to beach in case you needed anything.I would highly recommend this location for your next beach vacation.

Great Condo!

The condo was very nice and spacious. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Each room has plenty of space to move around. My grandkids enjoyed the bird sanctuary. Brittany was very good to communicate with. For my group, it would have been nice to have a larger skillet or griddle, to cook with. Although it has a broom, it would be nice to maybe have a small sweeper for the rugs and mop for the floor. The beach umbrellas and bag chairs were handy, along with 2 large cooler bags, especially since we were flying. Really great place to stay.

Family vacation

This was a perfect stay for our family. Had everything we needed. High chair and porta crib for the baby, coffee, tide pods, chairs and umbrella for the beach, sand toys for my grandson. It was clean, beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Kitchen sink does drain slowly. Bird sanctuary next door does have an odor, but was very tolerable. Would definitely stay again!!!

Girl's Birthday Getaway

I booked this lovely condo for a surprise 40th birthday trip with my daughter and some of her friends. It is amazing! Just as presented. Communication with Brittany and check-in was timely and smooth. The unit is very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The pool area is spacious and well supplied with chairs. Beach access is private and the beach is beautiful! The only addition I would suggest is possibly a sheet pan in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Beach Escape

Great condo to spend a few nights on the gulf coast. Condo was spacious, had everything we needed, and easy beach access. Beach is not overcrowded in this area. It’s especially nice to have little things provided like laundry and dishwashing tabs so you can pack lighter. Not the best view from the balcony, but my kids enjoyed seeing the bird sanctuary next door.
