  • Fantástica oportunidad de disfrutar de las vistas de la piscina y la playa desde este Studio Efficiency en el popular Surf Song Resort. El condominio actualizado está cerca de todos los servicios e incluye toda la cocina nueva que está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina para su comodidad. La sala de estar principal contiene un sofá de buen tamaño, televisor de pantalla plana y cama tamaño king. Este es el refugio perfecto para parejas que buscan relajarse, disfrutar y participar en todo lo que esta área ofrece. Como huésped de SunHost, los utensilios de cocina, la ropa de cama, las almohadas adicionales y las toallas suficientes están completamente surtidas a su llegada.     Al permanecer en una unidad de SunHost, también tendrá acceso al personal de la oficina, los servicios de oficina (fax, copia, impresión de tarjetas de embarque, etc.) los 7 días de la semana. Great stay!!!

Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

The place was in good shape overall except the water pressure in shower & the toilet would not always fill back up with water after flushing. Needed paper towels & more toilet paper.

Loved being able to watch out the window to see dolphins swim by every morning! We really enjoyed it here!

Did not receive email for directions to get into place until about 30 minutes after we arrived. Said it was sent at !2:40 but I did not get. Very clean place, grounds well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Surf Song was great. The family atmosphere was the same it always is. We haven’t been in 7 years and it was good to go. The management though was not the best. The people in the office were very rude. The unit was only stocked with 4 towels for 4 people for 7 days. When we asked for more they said “This is not a hotel...do laundry”. I am on vacation...I do not want to do laundry. The unit was also only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. I was surprised they gave us another roll.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed for 9 days in Studio Unit 227. This is the 2nd year I have stayed in this unit. The view is incredible, location in the building is very convenient. Although the condo could use a little sprucing up it was perfect for me. Be aware that this building and it's interior is very old so don't go expecting a 5 start resort. A new roof was being put on while we were there so hopefully the renovations will continue.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Surf Song and we will be coming back again. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. The first year we were there we were amazed with how well the outside maintenance was kept but this year we noticed it wasn't done as well; clean for the most part just not as well as the previous year.

The pool water perfect temp and very inviting and clean. Beach is literally steps away. The Sun Host Management was extremely professional and so easy to work with. And the late arrival check in was directions were so detailed and seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was great but the property was dirty and looked rundown. We have been staying at SurfSong for a long time and have never seen it in the condition it was in October. The walkways were filthy dirty, the paint was peeling up, the pool was dirty, the shuffle board area needs repaired, trash cans were over flowing and there was rats around the pool area and the parking garage. My parents stayed in a separate unit at SurfSong based on our recommendation and said they would not stay there again based on the condition of the property and their unit. In fact they booked at a different property for next October. We will be returning to the area in April and will see how the property looks at that time.

Reviewer Comments: Our room was just fine but we were very disappointed that rules were not enforced. There were so many big floats,toys,roudyness,beer cans always in and around the pool everyday that we were there. Towels were draped on pool fence along with clothing and all this mess was left overnight by the guests in the large group we couldn’t take a picture in the morning because of the way it looked. We had to ask several times for them to move or turn down their radio because we couldn’t hear our tv in our room. Nothing was ever said to this group by the management. Very disappointed
