    Unit in Indian Rocks Beach, offers the best the beach has to offer. New kitchen and bathrooms. You don't want to miss this one. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Easy access to 688 and the airport. Plenty of room in this large 3-bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Under building parking, heated pool, and barbecue round out the amenities offered here. NEW GRACO Pack n Play, Heated Pool, Secure Elevator Building, Smart TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom, Small Smart in twin bedroom. Internet, Grilling Area, Large Balcony overlooking the Gulf, Fully Furnished and Equipped. Walk- in Shower, Stainless Steel Appliances, washer/Dryer in the unit, Granite Counters, Tile Floors, Carpet in bedrooms. Large unit can accommodate all for a great family vacation. All units are private corner units with large balconies to watch the dolphins play from. Add a pool, barbecue and the white sandy beaches to walk and you have the perfect spot to vacation. Professional cleaners will prepare your unit for you and leave a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and washer detergent.

    Please arrive by 4 Pm and checkout by 10 Am. Security/Damage Deposit is $300.00.

    No Pets and No Smoking in the unit, on the balcony and on premises. Children under 12 must be supervised in the pool

    2 parking spaces per unit provided. Small to Mid-size cars preferred. Larger vehicles may not fit in the parking garage. Garage height is 6'10 " Golf cart not allowed by condo association

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun and Sea and would absolutely love to return for a future vacation. If you love lounging by the ocean or pool, this condo has you covered. Excellent set up and steps away from the ocean with the most beautiful sand. Our unit was well stocked overall and we really enjoyed the beach chairs, tent, wagon, and cooler provided. The property manager was great to work with and communication was prompt and friendly, thanks Lisa! Hope we get to work with you again!

Our stay was great. We have stayed in many different comdos over the years, but this the best one so far. We will be contacting Lisa again for our next trip! Thanks!

Wonderful and relaxing

Very clean, good space, great location to beach, the beach chairs and toys made it very nice to not have to purchase. Overall would recommend to anyone.

Fun in the sun at Sun & Sea

We had a great week. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony with the ocean view. The sunsets are beautiful. Liz was very responsive. The only suggestion is a couple of bar height stools would be nice. You would an unobstructed view of the ocean. We will stay again.

This property was amazing. We loved everything about it. The place was very clean and decorated real nice. Made it feel like home away from home. Wonderful views of the ocean. So relaxing sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the waves. They have everything for the beach with beach chairs, a Cabana tent, cooler, and a wagon. It was very helping! We got to see lots of seabirds. Beach was not that crowded. we were there the first week in August. We got to see the sunrise on the side of the balcony and perfect view of the sunsets. Communication was great. Only had one question and she answered right away! Great location 2 miles south of Clearwater Beach. Short drive to site see a lot of places. We will definitely come back and stay here sometime in the future.
