Girls Trip

This rental was beautiful and the perfect location. We were able to get to the beaches and restaurants easily and also enjoy time in the pool. We loved the house and pool so much we stayed in Saturday and opted for the pool instead of a second beach day.

It was a very good property.The chairs on the dining room were too loose that felt like you would be breaking them just by seating there. Firepit was too old and was going to break /unsafe to use.It would be nice to have a booklet to advice on things that we had wait until the people at the office would be available.Like where to turn the lights of the patio...which were not connected. Or how to turn the pool temperature higher.Overall it was good condition and we had great time.

Great place, close to beaches and shopping. Love the pool, hottub, grilling station and the firepit... I cannot think of anything i would have changed... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Property was extremely clean and had all the things we were looking for in a short term rental! The outdoor/back yard was nothing short of amazing. Would definitely recommend staying and will return in the future if the property is available!

Great house and layout for the whole family. 7 adults and one child and plenty of room for everyone. Close to Clearwater Beach, St Petersburgamd Tampa! Management got back to me right away with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again!

a wonderful place to gather as a family for our grandaughter's graduation from nursing school. Plenty of space for out-of-town guests and close to 3 local families. Very clean, well-appointed kitchen. The pool, the patio, the hot tub, the indoor open concept area, and the grill station, loved the various gathering spaces and safe outdoor area for children to play away from the pool area. Would love to book again just to have all the family together. in such an easy place to gather while also having space

Relaxing & Refreshing

Our family really enjoyed the house. The description of the house was spot on. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area was plenty big enough for our family of ten. The pool and hot tub were used each day. And the 3 head shower in the master bedroom was utilized by all, especially the grandkids. It will be very hard to top this house for our next family vacation in this area.

Super family getaway!

Sunny Retreat is a clean, spacious, and family-friendly home. Just minutes from beautiful Indian Rock beach, the house is its own little paradise surrounded by paradise. Our family enjoyed hours in the backyard pool and gathering area, meals were easy to assemble in the well-appointed kitchen where the appliances, cookware and tools were a definite cut above most other vacation homes I’ve been in. The bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, and the master shower with three shower heads can (and often did) accommodate three happy kids. Five stars!

Family and Friends Entertainment Home

The house was just as listed with spacious outdoor entertainment areas and updated interior. Very clean and accommodating of large groups. Reached out to host twice during the stay and they never responded. That is reflected in our rating.
