This is our second stay at this property and love the location and house itself. We are from the area and know it well. Sunset beach in Treasure Island is the perfect balance of beach access, neighborhood charm, and proximity to restaurants and bars. The rooftop seating for sunset viewing and cocktail pool/hot tub on the main level are highlights. Overall, I highly recommend the house and hope to book again.The house itself is beautiful and well stocked with everything we could need. Just a few items to keep in mind when booking: There are a lot of stairs to navigate but there is an elevator if needed. It is also next door to an outdoor bar so the noise level can be high at night. The three bedrooms in the main house have comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor in a garage. It is nicely appointed, but might not be ideal if you are looking for use of all four bedrooms.

WOW. Just wow. Every detail thought out. We travel a lot, and this home showed that its caretakers know and understand all the little things that often get overlooked. Such a beautiful space from the parking spaces out front, the entry foyer with GREAT working elevator and hotel cart for luggage to all of the comfy bedrooms and pristine bathrooms and chef's kitchen -- AND balconies with rooftop lounge -- this place cannot be beat. Had a slight challenge getting the door code at check-in time, but otherwise, this stay was perfection.

Beautiful Treasure Island Beach House

We stayed in this property over the Christmas holiday week to visit family and enjoy the warmth. We are originally from the immediate area and were well aware of the limitations and state of the towns and beaches following the hurricane season. The beaches are on the way to recovery and this house was in perfect condition. The property management company was very communicative ahead of the visit and promptly replied to and resolved the few issues we had. They deserve extra stars! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything we needed for the trip. The location, which we knew in advance, is next to a busy beach bar so if you want a quiet night be aware there is often bands playing well into the night. The only complaint we had was not being able to turn off the heat. The owner did adjust the thermostat to a reasonable range at our request but most of the days were perfect for having fresh air and the heat and AC off. We would definitely book this house again if available for our next trip to visit family in St Pete.

Our party of six girlfriends had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The location was extremely convenient and had access to nearby beach bars, nightlife (with live music), morning beach yoga, and a grocery store less than a mile away. The house was very well stocked, including plenty of toiletries, kitchen essentials, beach towels, drinks upon arrival, and even a few cooking ingredients (spices, oils, etc.). The property was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a couple issues during our stay (a breaker tripped when we had more than one hairdryer on), but the management was very responsive and came by to check that everything was running properly after the outage and even left us a gift card for the trouble. The only other minor issue was some confusion caused by discrepancies in the printed house manual/instructions and the information provided by the rental company online. This was cleaned up quickly though through messages with the management. Overall, everyone was extremely accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!!

Excellent House...Excellent Property Managers...Excellent Time!

We rented this beautiful spacious house to celebrate our dad's 80th Birthday! The house was fantastic...clean...lots of beds, beautiful views, lots of amenities & a great location. In the first 1/2 hr we were there I had to call the management team for a question I had...They came right over! In that conversation I mentioned we were here to celebrate my dad's 80th BDay....the next day there was a knock on the door and they brought him over a cake, balloon, etc! How incredibly thoughtful! It is those little touches that make a difference. The views, the sunsets, the near by restaurants and the amazing house made for a wonderful celebration! If there is any request I would have, It would be to have a grill for the renters to use (we missed not being able to grill dinner) and a hair dryer in all the bathrooms. We will be back!!!

Parents and adult children get together

The home is beautiful and well furnished. Kitchen is well set ip but there is no access to a grill for renters use. There is a coffee kuirig but the house accommodates 10 so it could use a drip coffee maker. The house is situated across the street from one beach club and next door to another. It was fine as long as the band was something we enjoyed! All and all is was wonderful spot for adult guests.

Extraordinary property and locale

I read the only other review you will prob read before this one. It wasn’t good but we took a chance and were well rewarded. Beautiful property, great location. Part of renting homes is the change of scenery but we might just have to revisit this one given the chance.

Nice, but amenities should work.

Nice house and location, questionable service and maintenance. Had to contact Resort Rentals for confirmation ,and receipt, they were not shared automatically. Also had to call 10 minutes after check in to get entry information, was not shared automatically. The elevator broke, with guests in it, within the first 2 hours and was not repaired over our stay lasting 3 nights. Yes, the firemen came and rescued the guests, but my father could not stay without use of the elevator. The hot tub did not get hot until our last day when we told the property manager, she confirmed we were using the guide and remote correctly, we were. She then went into the garage, we could smell some sort of gas, then the water started to heat. This should have been turned on before check in. The property manager asked why we had not called, we noted the binder in the house stating a heated hot tub was an extra charge. She said was not true and started the heat. The listing does not say “hot” tub cost extra. Overall, service was questionable and all amenities did not work as listed. Paid a premium price but did not get premium service or amenities.
