  • Get the feel for Florida living in this fishing village apartment. Cozy living in this perfectly located 1 bedroom, 1 bath space. Behind Johns Pass with endless adventures waiting for you. Endless shops, restaurants and water sports! The apartment itself has an old Florida feel to it with a large shared back yard that overlooks the "mini marina" filled with fishing boats and wild life. Don't be surprised to see dolphin🐬 come by right off the docks! 5-7 minwalk to watch the intense beach sunset!

Besides the cockroaches, blood stained towels, air conditioner dripping on your head as you slept and the piss stained mattress the area is great. Ill be staying else where next time but what's to be expected when the cost was cheap?

Clean, comfortable, homey VRBO. Located within walking distance to John's Pass. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend this VRBO!!

Fun and convenient

It was very nice and clean,and comforable. It was close walking distance to lots of eating and shopping. We enjoyed our stay there. I would go there again.

Great location to Johns Pass. Clean which is always a must. Bathroom small and dated and could of used some hand towels and bath mat when getting out of shower. Otherwise, spacious and close to beach.Great parking spot.

Good location and for the most part, clean. Had a little problem with pest and had to notify the management team twice but they immediately arranged to have it sprayed The unit was very dated and only had one working lightbulb in the lamps.

Everything was really wonderful! Once we walked in the room we felt at home. Enjoyed every moment of it. Only a couple of things we had no internet we could not log on to any kind of communication with our phones or if we wanted to watch a movie. Also we were trying to contact the manager and had a hard time because of the low signal. We had questions and was wondering about checking out late or half day stays. Otherwise everything was fantastic!loved everything and can't wait to do it again thank you so much for having us. We can't wait to come back.

From the booking process to the check out process, everything was a breeze. The moment we stepped on the property we were glad we chose this property instead of a hotel. It’s walking distance to almost everything. So clean, with everything we needed to feel like home away from home. The set up in the back area was an amazing way to decompress, relax or just soak up some sun. The area was quiet but right around the corner from all the excitement. Communication with the property manager was great. Check in and check out was so smooth. Will definitely visit again! Thanks to having us! Keith and Chudney!!

Awesome location

Property was clean and location was great. Johns Pass is walking distance and no worries about parking. Many shops and restaurants are so close too. Outside your door is right on the water. Sit and enjoy the area and enjoy the gas firepit at night.

I spent 2 days of a 3 day stay talking to the host about no internet connection at the room. They asked me to unplug it, try again, etc. It would say connected without internet. They sent someone out to check it and they said it was working fine and stable but when you tried to stream anything, it would say no internet connection. Our phones also would not connect to the internet. In order to stream anything on the TV, we had to Hotspot from our phone to the TV. Issue was never resolved, host eventually stopped responding to me.
