Communication with concierge was top notch. While they are not on property, response time for anything was quick. Great location to walk to pier area. Free trolley stop just down the street. Comfortable beds/linens. Good AC when needed. Everything was great for 3 adults. We used kitchen just to have refrigerator, didn’t use stovetop nor did we cook. The ONLY thing that I would say was not great was size of the bathroom (except shower was awesome). It had a TINY sink and no storage to put stuff (well, one person can on the shelf above toilet). The bathroom is between one bedroom and the main room. Definitely had to get creative where to put stuff. So if someone is in the bathroom, the person in bedroom next to it has to walk out to hall to go in through family room door if they want to get there. Kind of hard to explain. There are 3 doors to this until which is very helpful. One off each room to hallway. For us, it worked fine as we were with our grown son. He had the second bedroom off the bathroom. But can’t imagine sharing this unit with another couple. All that being said, we would 100% stay here again.
