Best place we have stayed in that area as we like to go 3-4 times a year. AMAZING room and the location was fabulous! Would definitely recomme d to others and we are planning on returning!

Amazing place!!!

Our state was absolutely amazing at this beautiful condo. The communication was unbelievable.They were extremely accommodating and the condo was very clean. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely book this place in the future for me and my family.

Nice condo unit.

Nice condo unit. Good view of water. Good location to publix and restaurants. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned for sometime. Thick dust on floors and awful sewer gas oder. That doesn't happen if it had been recently cleaned. We got in late at nite. So swept and ran hot water to clear sewer smell. We have stayed at.palms before with no problem. Bad cleaning crew?

The Palms of Treasure Island

The property was above what we expected as we normally stay somewhere else that we are always pleased with. We changed to this location due to our normal spot not being available. Would stay here again.

Family beach vacation

The location was great! Great sunsets from the balcony, we saw dolphins in the bay, and it was a short walk to the beach. The 2 bedroom unit was a good size for our family of 4 (kids 11 and 13). The property managers were very responsive and helpful. It was great being right next to Publix for groceries too. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend at the beach

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. Beach access is right across the street, which was nice. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and toilet paper as what was provided was quite small and of poor quality

View was great , loved it was next door to Publix! Grandson enjoyed pool stuff. Only downside was we enjoy playing cards & really no place other than the deck ( nice furniture) unfortunately it was cool & windy so we weren’t able to sit out there. I would stay there though again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo is located right across the street from public beach access. Pool was amazing. Watched the dolphins while sitting at the pool. Publix right next door. Quiet area. Walking distance to the action! Great vacation!

We loved our stay in this unit again. Great location, clean and well maintained. And that balcony! We could sit out there for hours if not for all of the other things to do. Across the street from the beach. Really enjoyed the Sanding Ovations. We’ll be back soon!

Surprise proposal for granddaughter!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach and shopping. The only downside was housekeeping was lacking. Floors especially under the beds long term dust. Kitchen floor appearance needs mopping.

Great location and complex

We liked everything about it. Right across from the veach and next to the Publix market. Bus stop was right in front uf us which took us wherever we wanted to go so no need for a car. Our unit was great. We sat out on the balcony each morning and night and also took advantage of the pool. We would recommend this to everyone.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean, comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. The beach front location was amazing. The only issue was we didn’t find out about the construction until after booking. It was periodically very loud and they even worked weekends. The hot tub was unusable and the noise made using the pool less relaxing.

Good place!

We had a great stay here. Enough space for four adults (two couples) and one 4-year-old child. The primary bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious, with a king size bed and a nice deep soaking bathtub. All appliances work. We appreciated having a washer and drier in the unit. The kitchen is adequately supplied for basic cooking. Convenient location, next door to Publix grocery store, walkable to a couple restaurants, easy walk across the street to the beach. The balcony is nice—has a good view of the ocean, but quite a bit of traffic noise from Gulf Blvd. The pool and hot tub are great. We were overall happy with our stay, and would stay here again.
