These 4 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! Each have their own smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have one queen bed in each. The fourth has two custom full-over-full bunk beds with a slide and foosball table - so much fun!

There are 2 full bathrooms in this home. The private master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The hall bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is bright & open, with stainless steel appliances. With an open concept and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 8, and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by
keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
